I really liked the episode today...finally there was some progress in the search for Geet and Tej went to Khurana House.
I just looooooove Lucky!! He is such a adorable and hilarious munda...bubbly characters are always fun to watch. The comedy just makes it even better. He's trying so hard to be better than his brother, but it never seems to work. 🤣 🤣 Now the way he called Daadi, which by the way is the smarter way to do it then actually wasting time to travel to Delhi 🤣 I hope he is smart and helps Maan and Geet get together...it wouldn't be nice if the entire zamana was against them, would it now?
Get Maan and Geet together and I will buy you tons and tons of aandeys!! 🤣 🤣
The new actors are all very good and have fit in to their roles perfectly...they have the looks they need. I like that we are getting to know more about them through out the episodes.
Tej is arrogant, angry, full of attitude, and yet kind. (A lot like Maan.)
Biji is similar to Tej, she is stern but also is compassionate.
Lucky is the perfect comic relief and makes the situations lighter.
The bhabi is also funny she plays the typical punjabi bahu. But I am yet to see what her role has to do in the story.
Lachi is the gossip and will maybe become friendly with Geet. Lets see what her part in the story is.
Tej just barges in to Daadi's bedroom? 🤔 Dude has got attitude and arrogance...he didn't even hear Daadi out and left without the whole story. Tej calls Biji who is angry as well...these two will keep Maan and Geet apart. Thsi will be very interesting to watch. We will be able to see an intense Maan. When Maan married Geet, he did not have to prove he was worthy of Geet to anyone like normal grooms...here is his chance...how will he do it? He might do something like Maine Pyar Kiya. Maan works and makes his own money to prove he is worthy of Geet without his fathers name. Since Maan brought up how Geet's blood did not have the "gairat" that Khurana khandan had, he may have to show that he can be more then the Khurana name.
Then there is also romancing Geet back in to his arms. I'm confused though...what is Geet's state of mind? I mean she is obviously extremely hurt, but does she really think she can live without Maan or never forgive him? I'd like to see Maan/Geet reminiscence and their thinking instead of flashbacks. Here she is praying for his peace of mind, so it seems she is more inclined to forgive him. Maan has no doubt made a huge blunder, but it is not something that cannot be forgiven, if Geet can forgive Dev, she can forgive Maan. However, he has to work for it and redeem himself. It's not like Maan doesn't know how much Geet means to him, but he can't go around saying things like "you have no self-respect" to the woman whom he once said was the epitome of purity, especially after everything Geet has been through.
I think Maan working to get Geet back is well deserved...sometimes he takes her for granted. When he gets angry he says whatever he wants and gets away with it. What he said to her would have been too much to take for anyone. She need support from her husband at this time of her life and instead he is telling her she has no self respect. His anger and everything he said to Geet is from his insecurities and fears. He is afraid to lose Geet and somewhere in his mind he is even afraid that he might lose her to Dev. That is nonsense, but he thought it because Dev was the first man in her life and she was going to have his baby. Also, there is a fear in Maan of being abandoned and isolated...he came out of all that after Geet entered his life. Something in his past made him the way he is...wonder when we will find out why Dhak Dhak ever became Dusht Danav. Most importantly, Geet needs to know what happened so she can understand him better.
Hope Maan and Geet will come out with better communication skills from all this.
Geet finally has a brother/family that is fighting for her self-respect, except with as much attitude but more love. 😃 A very nice change!
New family totally rocks!! They are perfect for a parallel track...much better then watching Arjun and Anwesha torture romance.
Maan is determined to take Geet home with him and Tej is determined to not let him.
Clash of the titans...I'm excited!
