Though I admit it felt a little weird hearing Dev telling Maan off for his behaviour....I think only Dev was the right person to say it.......not Dadi or anyone else.....only because Dev was present at every occasion .......only Dev could have told Maan why Geet forgave him.

The contents of his speech had a lot of home truths like Maan had no right to insult his love etc....and Maan did need to be jolted out of his anger.....he didn't look adequately agitated when he realised that Geet had left, btw.......and Dev was the person to do it as no one else had the guts..Besides,..Dev had nothing to lose.

I agree with you that everyone should be given a chance to repent and Dev is well on his way there...and Maan should allow it and believe that his once beloved brother can.

But, I can't help wondering about Dev's need to repent......he did begin to feel bad about Geet even before he knew about her and Maan....he always wanted maan to be happy. But, he didn't pursue it diligently till he realised that maan and Geet were in love and were to marry.

My point is, would he have come so far in his repentance had Geet not been Maan's life/wife?

I feel he would have continued the way he was, living under NT's thumb and forgotten all about Geet in due course.

On this point totally agree with you.

Dev can't redeem his bad deeds, but he can be a little better on clearing the MU BETWEEN Maaneet....

But one thing we shouldn't forget... Dev is the opening batsmen of this match.... so he has to play his part as well as he can....

But really loved the Maan Dev scene...

God, i hope this separation will not last for long, coz can't see that..

haha, this is a good lesson for both of them..

both have the quality of listening half and taking huge decisions..

Once Geet hurt maan by refusing his proposal as a result of half hearing the conversation between Daadi and Maan..

Now Maan done the same mistake.....
