Yesterday i was thinking y the news of MR's exit affects me so much i have been watching daily soaps for ages now never before any actor or fictional character has such an effect on me .I used to watch DMG,PR,BV etc but i was never attached to any of these shows or actors of these shows so i tried to analyze what is so different .This time after thinking a lot i came to the conclusion that its the way MR executes a scene or expresses the emotions it strikes a chord with the heart and you hopelessly fall for this man. Some of the scenes of ltl have been repeated in many soaps and movies millions of time like realigation of love by dutta during jmm1 ,hand offered to naku to help her climb on the jeep, marriage proposal scene, the drunken scenes, list is endless but not a single actor of tv ind or bollywood could have the same effect on me .MR just stands apart i am dead sure if the same role was done by any of the known tv actors of today this show would not have been that effective eg: yesterday every one was going gaga over how dutta was looking so cute during the episode' the ek ghut scene ' .I do not think that cuteness was brought about by the writer of the story or the dialogue writer it was all MR's inputs and efforts.I feel all those ppl who think that replacing MR is possible will realise how wrong they are .A heartful thanx to MR for making my past year all the more entertaining and beautiful. He's a real⭐️ Just wanted to share wid u guys . thanx😊

yes niki touche!
mishal is a great actor,he has a certain raw edge to his dramatic scenes, and profound intensity to his love scenes! that which transports veiwers willinging into a world of disbelief, and the characters Mishal plays ,their mannerisms, their words ,their actions linger lastingly in one's memory....Such is Mishal! whether he was Akash in Love story or Dutta in Laagi.
Also as soon as he does a scene he becomes a bit of follow his style across other channel soaps on tv,eg his bandaged head image was seen in tere liya, gonahon ka devta to name a few. Then his feed wifey by hand was seen in bv last night in Bhag.v, his drunk driving was shown in DLGMH where the side hero was taking swigs from a bottle, not to mention his propped up against in bed and attended by his lady love was shown in dlgmh recenlty..... Well makes me happy to see that his male fellow actors across various channels draw inspiration from him. Mishal hai hi aisa star!

So rightly put and word to everything you said.
Here is a extremely talented actor - never once have we seen him falter with his expressions, dialog delivery, voice modulations.....He is an actor you smile with when he smiles, you cry with when his cries, his enemies become ours and his love our love.
Very few in the Industry who can hold a candle to MR.
Given his talent I only wish all his dreams on becoming an actor for the larger audience comes true....
There is no Dutta without MR and there is no LTL without TaSha..adding in the same breath.....

Very well said niki. MR has opened a new style of acting in television industry. It is clear, before giving any shot he does home-work very genuinely and that is why he puts life in his each and every scene. He is very much fond of movies, specially hollywood movies, he applies all those watching in his acting skills. Whatever the scene he shoots, he does with a perfection.

He is very down to earth as a man, no feel of proud, no feel of jealousy to co-stars,..............only genuin freindship..........All these qualities make him our favourite star and favourite man.

He deserves more than he gets.............😊

Well said, Niki, indeed.
I used to watch a few Indian soaps before, but none of the actors really had an impact on me. If I watched them, it was for the love story and tiny bit of romance. But the only reason that I fell hard for LTL wasn't just because of it's unique directing style, dialogues, characters, and story. It was because of Mishal's portrayal of a cold gangster who wanted to be loved.
There is something about Mishal. Something that I can't quite put my finger on. There's a charm, as you've all mentioned. There's an intensity about his features, his eyes, his performances. It's like a conviction. It's like he becomes the character that he plays and there's not even a tiny bit of Mishal, the real life person, in that character. That complete conviction just convinces me that this guy is a unique, talented, and absolutely mesmerizing actor. He can take any role and make it his own. He can take something so cliche and make it unique with his own style.
There's a mystery to Mishal's acting, I believe. It's a riddle to me. Perhaps because I can't actually find Mishal in whichever character he portrays. All I see is the character who becomes real to me. More real than the actor himself. To bring a fictional character to life like this? It's something that a lot of Bollywood and even Hollywood actors haven't been able to do. Most of them just act, play the character. But very few of them lose themselves and become the character. Entirely. To the point that every defined bodily movement, every expression, every blink, every tone of voice, and every heartbeat is the character's.
Mishal is one of those few. In fact, he's exceptional and I cannot compare him to any other actor, simply because there is no other actor alike him. I find so much pleasure in watching him act. It's like a wild rollercoaster ride. One that goes on and on and just never ends. The rush, the kick. It's breathtaking.
He's a powerful performer, one that Bollywood and Hollywood are missing out on. But their loss is my gain. I like having him on the small screen, because I feel that I get so much more of him. A movie is over in two-three hours and the characters aren't always allowed to evolve, they aren't always substantial and layered. But in "Love Story" and "Laagi", Mishal has played a character that has been portrayed by many, yet he made each one of them completely unique and new to me. Layered. Substantial. Deep. Mysterious. Powerful. Intense.
It's true that he watches a lot of movies, studies other actors. But he never copies them. Instead, he's inspired and he finds his own style, he weaves his own skin for his character. If man could be perfect at anything, I would say that this man is perfect at acting/performing.

@Word word word!!!!
Xactly it's not the charecters its MISHAL who makes the charecters worthy of the popularity they achieve. The charecters are also well written but at the end of the day its the excution that counts
