why does the quality of the banner turn bad when its up to the forum? its not only here but in all the other forumss..

yupp, even that wt i was wonderin' , evn i tried askin' our Seniors, but no response!
but, technically, i guess, its the server prob, that lowers the Q of the banner makin' is smallest in size😆
