No doubt, if the incident has left such an impact on little Viren's mind, its something to do that he actually did not do. But at the same time, it needs to be seen, what the actual stuff was? could it be due to a misunderstanding, or Sid was always a "kamina" during his childhood, as pointed by Viren!

I completely agree with u, Sid only must have done something, and BS prefered to believe Sid and not Viren, When I saw the Episode when Viren was being taken to Hostel I was thinking how innocent he looked, How could BS say he was full of mischief, I just dont believe this, VD must be knowing Viren better, as she was with him the whole day and not BS as am sure BS would be in office, So how come he knows Viren is naughty, Its something very big that must have hapened and Viren was blammed, But one thing is sure, Viren's hatred for Sid is just to prove Sid wrong in front of the Family and not do any sort of Physical harm to him, He just wants to prove Sid bad in front of the family, because he has been deeply hurt
