Ok as far as I can tell its not rashi's actual brother but think it's her mama's son meaning urmilla's nephew. He get on well with rashi and is suppose to play a funny character and koki assumes that dhawal is like urmilla and rashi. No idea who the actor is playing him, its ashish sharma I think.
