These are the beemari's of assmit.

Vitiligo. This is when your skin cells changes color (Lighter) in patches. This is the disease that Michael Jackson had. Either it's genetic or environmental factors.

Fatal familial insomnia. VERY rare and found only in around 50 families. Currently there is no cure. And what it is basically is when your brain has lost the ability to function sleep.

Narcolepsy is a sleeping disorder which is characterized by excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS)

I think Dolly said he has a low blood count. He also mentioned that his blood tests etc were done.
