exactly first when she saw she was so happy shouting dresses have come and jewelery for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
when she saw her own lahenga she was like yeah toh mera hi hain.
and as someone said bad stitching is just an excuse. she was dissappointed that she did not get muft ka lehenga so, it clearly shows their intentions.
its clear that they didn't want to spend for their wedding(themselves) where they had to call lot of people from industry and it would have been very expensive.
So they decided this shaadi in bb. muft ka lavishing shaadi.

3 lakh ka lehenga koi mamuli nahi hai she says.
I don't think 3 lakh is lot for a wedding lehenga, I saw so many people spend more for a marriage dress and they r not even celebrities.
