I think the lead singers of "Sheela Ki Jawani" song in TMK are Sunidhi Chauhan & Abhijeet Sawant. Debjit Saha & Harshit Saxena are providing backing vocals for the same song.
Its sad to see that talent is still not getting fully recognized. I feel Abhijeet Sawant has a fresh and unique voice yet hasn't sung in that many movies.
Hopefully after TMK things will get better.
There are several singers who I want to see succeed by either releasing their albums or singing atleast 1 or 2 song every year in a movie. I am skipping Raja Hasan, Toshi-Sharib and Himani Kapoor because they are doing well. Himani Kapoor recently sung "Dum Dum" in Band Baaja Baraat movie. I believe she has sung in another movie called No Problem. Both BBB & NP are releasing December 10th.
In no particular order
1) Abhijeet Sawant
2) Vineet Singh
3) Debojit Saha
4) Aneek Dhar
5) Rahul Vaidya
6) Anwesha Dutta
7) Aishwarya Mazumdar
8) Aishwarya Nigam (He recently sung male portion of the blockbuster song "Munni Badnam Hui")
9) Harshit Saxena
10) Shreeram chandra
11) Shashi Suman
12) Vishwas Rai
13) Naushad Ali Kawa
14) Shivam Pathak
Some of the above singers I mentioned have sung few songs in bollywood/regional cinema and done a lot of stage shows. But they still haven't gotten their due.
