If that's true this could also mean that Suraj might come back for Vedika

Another option could be that after Alisha and Dhruv are married, Alisha gets a miscarriage

thanks 4 the great update... hope alisha doesn't take advantage of Vedika. Maybe vedika will "share" her sindoor like sundari and kavita... 😕 Hope alisha gives her child to vedika and dhruv to bring up together while she disappears forever... Also, naina better wake up coz rudra and niharika belong together!!!
