With all the foreshadowing of Bholebaba, I think they are all set to invoke (albiet a milder version!) of the Sati vs Daksha Prajapati, legend. Indeed while I watched K react today I think that silly man had not even realised that P had absolutely NO intention of going without him! I think he really thought she would just go and leave him behind!😲😆 That was the reason for his whipping his head in surprise.
So when Shyamji makes his rather badly-timed suggestion, it will be P's cue for refusing to be parted from his dear husband. Said dear husband will of course suffer agonies of remorse for never having considered her stand and her own problem and misjudged his darling so badly, and we will duly proceed to have the much-vaunted "CUTE SCENE" 😆😆

So I urge you denizens of this fiery forum, before you burn effigies of the professor and burn your threads in protest, consider for a moment - Poor Prof is actually Cupid!😃

i have been suggesting this track in many of my posts since pratigya fell in love with krishna............i am soo happy............but what i was suggesting was the exact replica of shiva-sati story....u know prats going to wedding and hearing people insulting her husband she retorts and takes his side and coming back not attending the wedding...........but this is better......now i am not going to be lenient towards Mr. shyam here.........how dare he even suggest such a stupid thing when he very well knows that his daughter can't live without krishna now.............and the way he excluded krishna when he clearly knows what all things krishna had done to restore his lost honor that day when his face was blackened ..........😡
well, shamji is going to learn some hard truths in his life................saw the new promo.......aman has a love interest, it seems.......😆 well, now shyam will know that all that glitters is not gold..............😉

How can a father not return to a home where his daughter lives. 😕 And his DIL belongs to the same house as well. Double relationship. Why not. Why Prats living with the woman beater even after her face was blackened in this house ?? Lots of questions isn't it ??

o.k. Probably Cv;s want prof to act like cupid. But i was wondering how he asked that question to give permission to pratigya to come for the wedding. he just now told them they cann;t attend the wedding. he has to ask now itself. He should have thought abt her daughter what they will do to her. if they here all these at once. i still don;t get why he has to ask that now. probably like u said cv's r making him cupid then pratigya says she won;t come without krishna and then krishna softens.

Dhakarn! wont it be exciting! That is such a romantic legend! Though I always felt that both Sati and Shiva were excessively egotistic😆 but I still love that tale!

Exactly! You see people were dying to see an instance when P would choose K over her family. Now they could not make the Saxenas directly insult K! That would have been too much, so they made them do it in 'majboori'! Even K understands that kind of majboori, yesterday when Prof was folding his hands and asking for forgiveness, because he was Majboor because of being the parent of a girl, K understood immediately and actually started to feel bad,

But all this gives them a chance to give the viewer what they had been clamouring for all this while! P will stand up and choose her husband over sisterly love. It will be a sacrifice, but she will not have a choice so she will make it. K will be elated, because I don't think he expected it! He was planning the wedding so much, I think he had taken it for granted ke ho na ho, P tho zaroor jayegi! I think he will be touched that she is giving up on her own sisters wedding for his sake and even feel bad that becasue of his family she has been brought to this state.

i am fascinated by their tale............i remember sitting wide eyed when the sequence was aired in 'OM nanah shivay' in DD National .......................and the angry thandav by shiva after knowing about her death................😭

As to Shyamu...I totally agree that he would want Prats to come....but like u said the timing was so bad and also would have liked if the invitation to extended to krishna as well 😕😆

Shyamu's mother should have never let her son go, becuase she ought to know that her poor son has absolutely no tact or sense of occassion. Was this the time to ask for P to attend! Really! Such bad judgment! The wedding itself is not till ages. But of course like I said, how else would they create the Beti Vs Pita scenario!? They had to show P taking K's side in front of the whole T parivaar against her own loved ones. K said he made a mistake in marrying her in front of his family, but she has still chosen him over her loved ones even though in front of the same people who sent her such vile smiles of triumph and ridicule. Will show the strength of her commitment.

But yaar, it was IMPOSSIBLE for Prof to invite K!!! that would have been like a true insult! How can he imagine that K will be disloyal to his father. It will mean "I think all of you are scum, but my daughter's husband has a right to come!" Where as his request for his daughter's presence in is only in her capacity of the bride's sister and NOT as the Thakur bahu. There is a great difference.😲 But baaaaad timig Shyamu, very baaaad! Better send your wife next time, at least she has some native tact.😒
