WARNING: - this is a long post...and my final post(till the forum opens again for season 3)...BUT IF U LOVED DMG SEASON ONE YOU'LL LOVE THIS POST....
there are many reason's y am gonna miss DMG...here are few: -
1) DMG gang Masti: - Atul, Anji, Muskaan, Rahul, Abhi, Nikki, Nana, Doogi, Kirti, Shubhanka, Sister Lovely, Billy, Anya, JP, JIggy and of course Armaan-Ridhimma. They gave us some of the most golden moments of television. Some of the funniest scenes and the cutest dialogues.
2) All the Fights: - Rahul and Muskaan, but obviously....who can forget their craziness, and then Abhi n Nikki.....remember their fights. And then our golden couples 'Jangli billi, Junior hulk....etc" there were so many fights. Those between the boys and girls, the ones at lonavala (b4 the bomb fiasco).
3) Rahul's Oneliners: - "Apna pyaar pyaar....dusre ki bina paye ki car..." lol..who can forget those. Though i still feel Rahul and Muskaan were not given a justified finish its safe to say Rahul really etched a place for himself in all our hearts.
4) Atul's plants, songs, jokes, naiveness: - Maya!!! and so many...he introduced himself with a song...don't know if u guys remember the time he came drunk to Sanjeevani....he could never see AR's love even though they were right in front of him. Atul was pure joy...Shud say the most loved Character following AR. And also Armaan's Chap, Bhai and yaar
5) Muskaan, just Muskaan: - Muskaan bought the flavour of Punjab in the picture. Always ready to fight, she had no issues getting physical if it had to be. Poor Rahul was always on the recieving end. She had some of the funniest situations to handle, her family wanting her to marry Armaan, HEr getting kicked out of the house, her n Rahuls fake shaadi. She always present the girl with no qualms, just taking life as it came and always ready for a fight.
6) Anji: - the sister we all loved to hate. She had her grey moments, but i will most remember her for what she's doing now. She was one of the most stylish and sometimes annoying character, but thats y we loved her.
7) Shubhankar: - ISHQ HAYEE!!!!! that shud do the trick. and his fascination with the colour Yellow and Kirti!!
8) Kirti: - Always taking care of the inters with a iron fist. She was one of the strictest disciplinarians i've seen on tv. But she's also been the mother figure who always was there for the gang when needed.
9) Nana: - Apple and Bulbul....lol...his marathi-hindi....who can forget nana...
10) Sister Lovely: - "Oh jee..Atuljee...." she was always the fun element in the show. I still remember the scene when DMG cast was doing 'Salam-e-ishq" and she came running and everyone fell down. Though the fat jokes were funny it also provided a good comic break when was needed the most.
11) Abhi and Nikki: - When they came into the picture we all were in two-minds. Were they gonna be good or bad? But when they got together we got some of the most memorable fights and the most fun to watch kabaddi scene.
12) TACOS: - personally i still don't know the full-form. But who can forget ARA!!! all their masti...and all the holi celebrations. Do u guys remember when they dressed up as woman....lol...it was scary but funny...other than that the were the most supportive group of friends.
13) Dance numbers: - I can't put all the dances up. but i'm gonna miss the scenes. Be it salaam-e-ishq or Jogi mahi. It was always fun to watch the whole cast go wild.
14) Ishq Leta Hai. Asmaani, Kaisa Hain yeh Khumar, Dill Mill Gayye and Background scores: - I have not seen another show on TV that have so many original songs of its own. i can never forget these cause they are the essence of AR
15) AR!!!: - be it KaSh, Kasu or KaJen....who can for get AR??? they defined the boundaries of Love. They had their share of fights and patch-ups. But at the end love triumphed. and whats more important??
16) KAJEN!!: - Sorry guys but am a huge KaJen fan. I LOVE Karan Singh Grover and Jennifer WInget. Their electrifying chemistry, their masti off set and i will go as far as saying that they are the most compatible couple on screen. My "Apple and Bulbul" my "Heer and Ranjha" my "Armaan aur Basket..."
and last but not the least
17) ARMAAN: - his dreamy eyes, his cute dimples, his comic timing, his smile, his tattoos, his unbuttoned shirt, his physique, his basketball, his bike, his killer glare, his 'oye hoyee'. his 'suniye jee...'. Oh God he makes me weak in my knees....but other than the physical aspects what i admire the most about Armaan is his determination. He did everything a lover would do, lived out of her house, went on a hunger strike, hand-cuffed himself to her when there was a bomb-scare, and i can go on forever. Armaan was the go - to guy and I LOVED HIM FOR THAT. Everyones problems solution was Armaan. And he never asked for any recognition, and thats whats makes Armaan, ARMAAN.
in conclusion,
as the show comes to an end...our 3 year mission is complete ...AR have reunited. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the actors, KSG, Jenny, Monish Behl, Pankit, Drashti, Sunaina, Mayank, Ayaz, Sonia, Shweta, Amit and then Nana, Sister Lovely, JP, Jiggy, Sukirti, Shilpa and all the other minor characters who bought the show together.
We are going to miss you like crazy...AND PLEASE COME BACK WITH THE MASTI AND FUN.
