Most of the posters on this forum are die-hard fans of one or the other, the rest are either haters of some housemate or just nuetral viewers, who watch the show for the entertainment, don't take it seriously, this post of mine is mainly for such nuetral viewers. I'm sure there are some like me on this forum, who are not some crazy teenage fan of any housemate, and can see both sides of the coin in all issues of BB .
The forum here is pretty much divided into two groups :
1 . Who are staunch fans who think that their favorite is an angel, an extraordinary human being, who can do no wrong, and pretty much has a halo over their heads.đ
2. The other group is those who are die-hard haters if you will, and think the one they despise is a devil, who is a low-lilfe, who can do no good, and pretty much has horns coming out of their heads.đ
Now, in most cases the truth lies somewhere in between these 2 extremes, these celebrities are humans too, just like us, it is we who make them what they are (popular ) , no need of expecting them to be overly good or overly bad , they are like us, with some good, and some bad...trying to behave the best they know how.
Then there is another camp, who says that Bigg Boss is scripted, everything all the housemates is scripted and they are all acting. Honestly, I think this is just a copout, an excuse, to justify their favourite contestants unpleasant behaviour ( if any) . There is no proof that BB is scripted, one can think so, but cannot stop others from thinking that BB is not scripted and all the contestants are being themselves, unless they can back it up with some proof, of BB's fakeness. I think BB is a show which definately provides us into a glimpse of these so called celebrities's real self, one cannot act 24/7 and sooner or later the true self is bound too come out (as we are already seeing in case of some housemates ) đ
Now, coming to dolly-shweta fight. Firstoff, I must say that I haven't gotten a chance to watch the last couple of shows of BB, and hence don't know how shweta-dolly have interacted prior to the fight, on the show, so my views are merely about the fight itself.
Even though I am a critic of shweta's on the show, I have to say that Dolly seemed to unnecessarily take the discussion/ arguement about the kitchen duties to another level . I have read the article which mentioned that dolly-shweta have had some differences in the past , so I know they have a history, but in that instance, dolly seemed to charge in at shweta for no rhyme or reason. Yes, shweta was behaving somewhat arrogantly with her, and giving her some attitude, but shweta did not cross any limits, she was trying to be outwardly calm, in the face of criticism , which is a very difficult thing to do. đ
Dolly was loud, boisterous, and seemed to verbally attack shweta without provocation. It would have been nice for shweta if she did not yell, and stoop to dolly's level, (even though she did stay a couple of notches above dolly, even after yelling ) but I can understand why shweta got provoked, since dolly was relentlessly insulting her. It was funny to hear dolly talk to shweta that 'You are not in a chawl', when it was infact dolly who was acting chawl like, heck even zhopadpatti like. đ¤˘đ¤˘đ¤˘. So my verdict as a neutral viewer is that Shweta tiwari was in the right atleast in regards to the fight, dolly was attacking her without provocation, and barraging her with insinuations and allegations, so shweta's response was a natural reaction to it, only it would have been better if shweta would have dealt with it a little better than she did, and that certainly takes away some points from her, but overall, it was dolly certainly, who came out looking as the loser .đ¤˘đ¤˘
I would encourage all neutral viewers to please share their views here too, I am sure you are out there . đł
