ok i am writing this topic as a reply to a topic by CZ....https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/dill-mill-gaye/1510547/did-yall-get-the-message ..although i agree with her..that there are many similarities between DMG and the twilight saga!..and i totally agree with her 9 points out of 11!..that she has mentioned but i beg to differ with two points that she has wrote and here they are and i quote:
[2) armaan - edward. the handsome (?), charming (?) and irresistable (?) hero of the show. he falls madly in love, and then leaves. and then he returns and becomes the psychotic lover. he stalks his 'love', manhandles her and treats her like shit. he is a fine example of a male chauvinist pig who believes that women are incapable of being decisive without a man's help. he persuades his lady love that she still has feelings for him, ad voila! they get married.
3) sid - jacob. the only sane character of the entire crapfest. his love is subtle yet strong. he supports his love through her bad times, becomes a good friend and support system. she almost falls for him when the hero (beast) returns. he tries to put up a fight but fails. makes the ultimate sacrifice. ]
i find it really unfair to compare Edward with Arman..as Edwrad never manhandled, or abused or treated Bella like shit!..and he certainly is not an example of male chauvinist pig!!..how could he be!..when he treats her so gently and with so much respect and never forces her!..
he is no beast, he always treat her with delicacy, he never forced her, he always gave her freedom to chose, he never imposed him self upon her! ..on the contrary she was the one who ran after him all the time..he never persuade her to admit her love..and he never took advantage of her although she gave him the green light so many times, as she was so into him that she wanted to go all the way!!
Edward vampire or not, he is a fine example of how a true gentleman should be!..and how should he behave!
Sid is nothing like Jacob!!..because Jacob forced him self upon Bella, he persuaded her to admit that she loves him! ..he even forcefully kissed her, thats when she slapped him and broke her hand in the process!!
i write this for those who haven't read/watched any parts of twilight saga!..because i don't want them to have this huge misconception!..i admit both E & J love her and both are ready to sacrifice their lives for her! ..but Edrwad is the true gentleman not Jacob!! ..
p.s.s to AR fans, who are lurking in this topic!..sorry but i don't waste my time answering to stupid, manner less, irrelative and nonsensical posts!..so don't make a fool of your selves!🤔😳
