Even in the US a teenager does not play such roles. As liberal as we see the west, it does have some boundaries as this kid will clasify as a child and she would NOT be allowed to play the romantic lead opposite an adult male.

Agree! You are so right!! I believe in terms of double meaning/contents etc. Indian Media has taken a leap... e.g. I can't believe Comedy Circus team cracking adult double meaning jokes when Saloni (a kid) is a participant .. in fact she herself acts on scripts and dialogues having double meaning ... Isn't it the definition of double standards????
