Sorry guys for the late update. I am in the midst of exams and didn't have the time yesterday.
Recape: Mayank is nominated for the CEO post by Dalmia. Another candidate is also nominated. Mayank needs Ayush's deciding vote and blackmails him using Sonia's life as leverage.

Everyone is waiting for Ayush. He comes to the boardroom and after some deliberation chooses to give his vote to Mayank. Mayank thanks him and gives him what he wants (the address where Sonia presumably is).
Aryan and Ayush rush to the address. They break into the house but find nothing. A cop confronts them outside the house but they explain the situation to him and show him Bodhi's pic. The cop tells them that no-one has been seen there and leaves. Both are furious as it appears Mayank duped them.
Meanwhile Mayank is elated at being made CEO. He's congratulating himself when Ayush and Aryan burst through his office. He confirms that he duped Ayush. Mayank tells him that he knows that Ayush loves Sonia and is desperate to find her, and even though he didn't really know where she is (liar) he used the situation to his advantage and manipulated Ayush. He knew that if he told Ayush he knew Sonia's whereabouts he would get the vote he needed and alls fair in love and war.
Ayush realises how well Mayank manipulated him and tries to attack him. Mayank reminds him he is now CEO and can throw both him and Aryan out of Vardaan. When Ayush threatens to revoke his vote and tell everyone the truth, Mayank challenges that no-one will believe them. Aryan and Ayush leave his office defeated. Ayush is completed lost and tells Aryan that even God isn't helping them. The Ganeshji statue is shown in the background.
Ayush and his mom talk. Usha is so upset about everything Bodhi did. She tells Ayush as much as she loves him, she wants him to be punished for the pain he is inflicting on others. Bodhi meanwhile is still torturing Sonia. He combs her hair and tells her how life will be for them later, telling her how much he loves her etc. Suddenly he gets enraged and throws a tantrum, throwing things, grabbing Sonia by her hair and flinging her around.
He then laughs and says he is just practising for their real life (if she cooks bad food he will beat her). Sonia pleads to God to save her.
Then for the best part of the episode, Dalmia is in Mayank's office picking up some papers. A cleaner is dusting the office and by mistake pushes a button on the phone. Dalmia hears the entire conversation between Bodhi and Mayank, both confessing their misdeeds!
At home later that night, Dalmia is lost in his thoughts. Sunaina comes to call him, they are leaving for a press conference where Mayank's promotion is being announced. Sunaina suspects something is wrong with her dad, but he tells her he will come later and they can leave. He has a cassette tape in his hand. After they leave, he wonders who can help him, then picks up the phone and calls someone over urgently.
At the press conference, Mayank is in 7th heaven, being introduced as CEO of Vardaan. He is giving wonderful answers to the questions posed to him by the press. One journalist asks him what are his future plans for Vardaan. At this time Ayush comes in saying he has a recording of all Mayank's plans and plays the cassette for everyone to hear. All are stunned, Sunaina is crying and then Dr. Dalmia bursts into the room. Ayush has a truimphant look on his face. Mayank tries to explain to Dalmia and Dalmia gives him a hard slap!
