I also think that Karan is acting but in the pi Vimal face was like he is up to something
but i am hope that Karan is just acting up to mak Abha nervous......

I was thinking that maybe Karan kept a fast as a thanksgiving to god for giving him a wife like abha. Haha it's a far shot but it would be a noble gesture.

That or he is faking it or it could do with his past.... Like he had some ailment he recovered from and now it may be back.

i thnk..........he has been sick becoz of their seperation and didnt took care of his health,but that box which they showed has somethng to do......lets see
