Sorry guys for the late update - I had an exam today so I didn't have the time earlier - here is the update.
Recap: Bodhi is still holding Sonia captive, after killing the PI. Mayank is nominated for the CEO position at Vardaan. Ayush and Aryan confronted Mayank over his involvement in Sonia's kidnapping but he denies everything.

Aryan and Ayush talk outside Mayank's office. Aryan is surprised that Ayush believed Mayank after he saw him with Bodhi with his own eyes. Aryan is convinced Mayank is somehow involved, and that Bodhi is not working alone. Ayush is in agreement but says they have no positive proof to link Mayank to the kidnapping, and that Mayank is very cunning. They are now in a quandry as to how to search for Sonia.
At the board meeting at Vardaan, Dalmia proposes Mayank as the next CEO. Unfortunately for Mayank, one of the other board members nominate another person (sorry can't remember his name). Mayank then goes out and tries to canvass for votes. While doing this, Bodhi calls him. He tells Bodhi not to call him and hangs up. Sunaina is at the board room door and it appears as if she overheard his conversation. Luckily for Mayank she didn't and they go off for coffee.
At Sonia's house Usha was trying to comfort Urvashi. Urvashi was having none of it, she accused Usha's family of always causing Sonia grief - first Ayush leaving her at the altar and marrying Kavya and now Bodhi kidnapping her. Usha asks for forgiveness on behalf of Bodhi, but Urvashi misinterprets it and accuses her of knowing where Bodhi is. Usha is shocked but doesn't say anything. Urvashi then says that she will not eat or drink anything till Sonia is found.
Meanwhile, captive Sonia has finally eaten the food Bodhi left for her. He is very excited that she's eaten again. He then decides to dance with Sonia and despite her protests he whirls her continuously around the room (shame I feel really sorry for her).
In the city, the police are putting posters of Bodhi everywhere. Ayush is very depressed in his room and Kavya tries to comfort him. He feels responsible for everything that happened because they were forcing Sonia to be with Aryan. Kavya reassures him that its not their fault. They hug each other and acknowledge that now they are truly together.
Back at Vardaan, the votes are tallied. 17 votes for the other candidate. When Sunaina hears this she whispers to Mayank he has won since they are 35 members and he must have got the majority votes. However Mayank also got 17 votes and its revealed Ayush didn't cast his vote yet and it is obviously the deciding vote.
Mayank goes to Ayush and tries to convince him to vote for him. Ayush tells him he will vote for the other doctor. Mayank then drops the facade and tells Ayush that Bodhi and Sonia are in his control and if he ever wants to see Sonia alive again, he should vote for him.
