Will Anurag Celebrate his Bday ?

As we know that our Bholu, Buddhu and Duffer Anurag wants to celebrate his Birthday with Nupur all alone🤢. Even Nupur was asking in American Style or Indian Style ?? Like Vandy even i am confused why they used this Dialogue ? What creatives wanted to show us actually in the name of American Style🥱.

But we all know that Anurag is upset and disappointed with Laboni Maa's insult and Taani's home incident . So do you think Anurag will Celebrate his Birthday Happily with his so called " In love with " Nupur and can anyone explain me what does American Style or Indian Style Dialogue Mean ?

P.S - Those three adorable names for Anurag are given by Anurag Fans only . I myself always prefer calling him Duffer Onu😳🤣
