Ranjeet - A script is building up

After following SRGMP for last 4 seasons these are just my thoughts:

As we know the choice of song for a contestant is done by Channel and mentors and the contestant has very little say in it unless he has a clout with the mentors and the channel.

So Ranjeet's is made to sing ghazals in almost every episode and I feel a script is building up here and in one of the upcoming episodes when he will sing a Ghazal someone from the judges will pounce on him that will you only sing Ghazals and in the next episode he will sing a bollywood song and now two things can happen.

1) He will sing the bollywood song very well and Judges will say wow you are really a very good singer and you sing all songs so well and Ranjeet will move forward and do well in the show.

2) He will not do well in the bollywood song and the Judges will say you have to work hard to become a complete singer.

Since only one or two male contestents are doing well I feel the script will for the first option.

I think they are given a variety of songs to select from depending on the theme. alternatively they can also request to sing certain songs.

the whole show itself has been a disaster.
