the episode begins with Dhruv taking Nupur into a classroom blindfolded.Nupur is astonished to see herself in a classroom while Dhruv shuts the door.he tells Nupur that they will play a game-where he will be the teacher and she the student.Nupur beings to tremble.he begins to ask her questions as he writes on the board.he asks her whats her name as he writes Nupur Verma on the board.Nupur doesnt answer,Dhruv bangs her table and she replies Nupur Verma.He then writes his own name and begins to tell a story.A story about a guy who loved a girl very very much but was forced to stay away from her.He later on finds her covered with blood pleading for life.He looks after her and makes her recover.He later on promises the girl that he will never leave her,and also makes the girl promise that she will never leave him.Nupur is still quite ,crying silently.Dhruv begins to ask Nupur angrily why did she break her promise.Nupur who was till now silent angrily shouts back at him.Dhruv is shocked.Nupur admits that she is Nupur Bhushan Sharma,Mayanks wife,Gunjans sister and Samrats friend.Dhruv begins to get angry.Nupur asks Dhruv why he broke his promise to her saying that he wouldnt hurt Mayank.Dhruv warns her again and says that she better learn to behave herself or shell face dire consequences.Nupur asks him what worse can happen to her.Dhruv reminds her that he still can do anything to Mayank,Gunjan or Samrat.Nupur pleads to him not to make anything happen to Nupur.He makes Nupur forcibly say that she is Nupur Verma and not Nupur Bhushan.Nupur is still crying while Dhruv hugs her to pacify her.Mayank enters the room.Nupur tries to act like nothing has happened Dhruv asks him what is he doing there,Mayank replies he came to give back Nupurs chain that had fallen down.Dhruv comes ahead and takes it and requests Mayank to leave as he is having a personal talk with Nupur.Nupur and Mayank both look at each other teary eyed.Mayank leaves the room.Dhruv begins to question Nupur as to how the chain reached Mayank.Nupur begins to cry again saying that she has no idea how the chain had fallen off and she hadnt done it one purpose.
