Importance of creatives

HOw many of u feel that director and creative team is very important for the show to be a hit?How far can actors alone take the show???

cvs r the one who make n break the show...

hey you did'nt gave the option of audience.we guys play a great role in making a show hit.it depends upon the audience that they make a show hit or flop.they like the creativity or not.i am not bashing anyone so plz don't bash me.i am just telling our imp.nd i respect everybody's view.
