SaVni OS-sad story
how he went away from her.......
avni had a boyfriend ,she grew up with him
his name was sameer
to her he was the only one for her the most important and precious
but to him she was just another girl
one day
avni:hey sameer wanna go to watch a movie
sameer:i cant
avni:why???do u need to study at home or something
sameer:errrr......no
avni:then what r u doing?
sameer:i m meeting up with .........a friend
it was always like that with him
he met girls in front of her........like it was nothing!!
for sameer she was just another one of his girlfriends....
the word "love" never came out of his mouth
from the day she has known him
she has never heard the word "i love u" from him before
there weren't any anniversaries at all
sameer didn't say anything from the first day and it continued till 100 days..........200 days
everyday before he would say good-bye
he would just hand her a gift,everyday..without fail
she didn't know why?
then one fine day
avni:ermmm..sameer
sameer:what is it.......dont drag ..juss say
avni: i love u
sameer:errm .........you....what ?juss take this gift ..and go home........
that was how he ignored her "three words " n handed her the gift
then he disappeared as if he was running away
the gifts she received from him everyday,filled her room one by one
there were many
then one day came
it was her 18th year old birthday
when avni got up in the morning,she pictured a party with him..
she stranded herself in her room
eagerly waiting for his call
but
lunch passed ,dinner passed.....and soon the sky was dark......
he still did not call
it was already tiring to look at the phone anymore
then around 2.00 am in the morning he suddenly called her n woke her from her sleep
he told her to go outside her house
avni was very excited
avni:sameer
sameer:here ....take this
and again he handed her a little gift.....
avni:whats this?
sameer:i didn't give it to u yesterday...so i m giving it to u now.....its getting late i m going home now byee
avni:sameer wait.....do u know what today is?
sameer:today.....whats so special about it..
her heart sank,she thought he would remember her birthday.He turned around and walked away like nothing had happened
before he could get away she shouted "wait"
sameer:u have something to say?
avni:tell me tell me that u love me
sameer:what did u say??
avni:tell me please .......its just three words
sameer:i dont want to say that i love someone so easiy,if u r desperate to hear it,then find someone else
that was what he said.........then he ran off
her legs felt numb and she collapsed to the ground.
He didnt want to say it easily..how could he ..she felt that....... maybe he is not the right guy for her
after that day she stranded herself at home crying,just crying.he didnt call her although she was waiting
he just continued handling her a doll every morning outside her house
thats how those gifts piled up in her room....everyday
after a month she got herself together
and went to the college...
but what made the pain resurface was that
she saw sameer on a street with another girl
he had a smile on his face.......one that he never showed her......as he touched the gift
she ran straight back home......
and looked at the gifts in her room
and tears fell ,why did he gave these to her?
those gifts r probably picked out by some other girls
in a fit of anger she threw the gifts around
then the phone rang it was him......
sameer:plz come out to the bus stop outside ur house
she tried to calm herself down and walked to the bus stop
she kept reminding herself that she was going to forget him....that its going to end
then he came into her sight
he was holding the gift
sameer:u came,i thought u were upset
she couldnt help hating him.........acting like nothing had happened .......
soon he held out the gift as usual
avni:i dont need it........
sameer:what.......why?
she grabbed it from his hand and threw it on the road
avni:i dont need this , i dont need it anymore......i dont want to c a person like u ever again...
she spat out the words....
but unlike any other day his eyes were shaking...
i m sorry" he apologized in a tiny and shaking voice.........
he then walked over to the road to pick up the gift
avni:u stupid juss leave the gift and throw it away..
but he ignored her then.....
~honk~honk~~~~
with the loud horn the truck was heading towards him
avni:Sameer move!move away.she shouted as loud as she could
he stood up and looked at her with sad teary eyes and said
I Love u avni
the boom
she screamed and she cried.......but nothing could bring him back.......
No matter how much she wished she could take back the words that she said to him.,she couldnt
And that was how he went away from her......................
That's how he went away without even opening her eyes to say one word to her
After that day, she had to go through everyday with guiltiness and the sadness of losing him And after spending two months like a crazy person she took out the gifts
Those were the only gifts he had left for her since the day they started going out. she remembered the days spent with him and started to count the days when they were in love
"I.lo..ve you??"
Those words came out non-stop. I love you
avni thought: Why didn't I realize that.That his heart was always by my side, protecting me. Why didn't I realize that he love me this much I took out the gift under the bed , that was the last gift the one that fell on the road. It had his blood stain on it. The voice came out, the on that I was missing so much
she found a letter in it saying:
"Avni Do you know what today is? We've been loving each other for 486 days. Do you know what 486 is? I couldn't say I love you'. Um' since I was too shy.. If you forgive me and take this gift I will say that I love you.... everyday.... till I die... avni I love you...."
The tears came flowing out of her eyes. Why? Why? she asked god, why do I only know about all this now? He can't be by my side, but he loved me until his last minute
For that and for that reason to her it became courage to live a beautiful life.

Avni started to cry softly and said:To fir pakka tum mujhse pyaar nahi kartey..
The two continued to walk in silence. They
reached the home.
avni:kyu sameer tum kyu nahi keh sakte
sameer: tum sachme janna chahti ho
avni: (hesitantly) haan batao na
He hugged her gently, kissed the tip of her nose
and whispered in her ear,
sameer:haan avni, Of course
avni: main tumhare mu se sunna chahti hu.....i want to hear u saying that
sameer: I don't have to.
avni: kyu...
sameer: kyu ki
avni: I just want to hear you say it in words.
sameer: I can't...
