I know quite a few regulars on the forum have moved on to other shows, some have sworn off indian telly and some like me hold on to a beautiful memory..

It is all fine.. I love LNMDJ forum simply coz ppl on LNMDJ forum are honest , tolerant and have a wicked sense of humor .. ⭐️

The majority of the indian audience just does not appreciate a good scripted show. 😭

Don't feel guilty, we all are trying to move on. 😃

The storyline is quite interesting and serious at times and its probably gonna get better. The chemistry btwn the lead pair is great and it hasn't even turned romantic yet. If u wanna check the show out u should cuz it has a lot of elements to and is getting quite interesting now. Obviously i still miss lnmdj and my couples but Geet is pretty good so do check it out if u can cuz other shows have become saas bahu drama crap but this one is nice.

yes, the acting is not at all of the standard that we were used to ...because in LNMDJ , each and every person was acting so well....just think of them and it comes rushing back

As I said, the bottomline is that nothing comes close to LNMDJ.......

And nothing comes close to Gaucha , ever......thay were not from this world, friend....

But changing my expectations, I am finding Mann Singh Khurana's character a well-written one and Gurmeet suits it. He is good as Mann . My Prithvi was PRITHVI yaar !

Returning to the topic,
Well, initially I also hated "Geet" just because it replaced LNMDJ. Yes, you are not the only one friend!
When the promos would air, I simply used to change the channel. I used to keep on saying "Geet" is all crap.
LNMDJ was surely the best show ever on Indian Television. I am a LNMDJian first and last.
But yes, one day I checked that show out and the realized how wrong I was. No, Geet is not at all crap, it's an awesome show.
It's a journey of a simple girl who wanted nothing but love. She respected her family and wanted a sincere, truthful and loving guy as her life-partner. But this did not happen!
She was forced into marriage, the guy was a lier, he used her for his own interests.
Then her family started blaming her and she had to fight again all odds alone.
And Maan Singh Khurana (played by Gurmeet) is an awesome character I must say.👏
Many people end up saying this character is like Prithvi's character from LNMDJ but I personally think NO.
Prithvi is serious not aggressive (according to me) but Maan is aggressive.
Prithvi is protective towards girls, Maan doesn't like girls.
Prithvi at times got angry, but it cannot match Maan's anger.

Surely no show can replace LNMDJ but even Geet is good.😊

"Odhni", well I didn't hate it, I am its regular viewer (okay not regular these few days).
Actually it may sound foolish but the title track made me watch the show.😆
I really like Suraj in that show, and he is dead.

Guarav's new show, well I am watching it from beginning, and it's great.
I mean, not as reat as LNMDJ, but still awesome.😊
No offense meant, I am not comparing GauCha with YaRav.
Well initially I was like- What is this Brahmin ka ladka, Kayasth ki ladki, khabar pakki hai" thing.
But when it started I thought why not check it out as I believed Gaurav's choice.
And I found it to be fantastic.

Clearly neither of these shows can replace LNMDJ. The uniqueness of the story line, the chemistry between the couples, the fabulous plot, all remains unmatchable and the best.
But these shows are also good, so people do check them out.

P.S.- this was just my POV, please don't mind.😊

Its the best place to be in . People dont judge you on the views you give about the show. People respect you if you called a spade a spade rather than just accept it in the name of TRP.

This forum has the best sense of humor unmatched to date.

At times when i visit other forums all i see them so doing some jhap in the name of so-called self made chemistry... or just cursing the CV's. Strange enough yet they stick to the same show 😉😉

May be thats the reason that these shows will continue to show non sense and still find an audience...

I do go thru channels to catch anything close to the electrifying chemistry between PRIDA.. the cute avni and the nautanki Sameer.. the innocent Roshni and the intelligent spooky Varun... But found none...

I do follow LTL but thats all cos the guy Datta is damn HOT 😳😳.. i suggest you can give it a shot....

About all other shows including GK's show i think totally following TRP's funda.... less logic and more masala...which is just MY TYPE 🤢🤢

Agree with you the Yashraj shows are good.. I do like Rishta.com and Mahi way.. They are sure class apart👏👏👏 and no wonder why most members of this forum love these shows

I have not seen the show Geet but caught glimpses of it here and there so may not be able to say much abt the show...
