i havent watched MJHT regularly, and i am not really such a huge fan of the show, but, the episodes post the leap, have caught my attention, as it has started to look a little mature, and serious, unlike what it was earlier...
to me as a viewer, who is neutral, it has caught my attention, and i am quiet anxious to know how they will take the show forward...
i agree the new characters are not upto the mark, and the makers have a serious previous bunch hangover at places...but i also feel it is because, the actors are still new and will take a while to get into the groove...
i applaud the makers for having taken a bold step and brining in a twist to the story...it takes guts to do something like this... and i also thing, one must move ahead with changing times, and it would be interesting to see how the lives of these protogonists change with all that has happened... everyone is happy when things are at a standstill, but when a turmoil hits you, the best of anyone comes out, as you are forced to bring out another side of you...
i love the new looks they have given to both Arjun and Mohit!!!

To be honest..........I loved the change...........and will love it more when Nupur comes back coz I believe she'll come back............
What I loved about this season till now:
- New sets and dicore..............we needed that badly
-New charcters, not bad at all if the characters are interesting and can add something new........till now Ash is a real freshness..........as for Rohan, I think his role will develop dramatically in future............yes he sounds useless now, but I think he has a potential to grow............he is shown as a jerk now, but I think the pain he will go through after falling for Ash who loves Samrat, will bring a new person out of him............and note that our old couples both are good people............so Ash-Rohan are different in that Rohan is not a good person but will become so after falling in love ...........this couple is better than the other 2 in terms of acting and bringing some freshness...........
Nirbhay is a Mayank # 2 which won't work coz people loved Mayank and will always love and prefere him.............I don't see any freshness in his charachter, but maybe things will change in future.......
Riya, Idk but I don't think she will survive.........her charachter+acting are not promissing at all.........but still we should give her time........
-Our old leads with new avatars................to be honest I don't feel the freshness in Mayank or Gunjan...............Mayank only changed clothes, which is for me can't be called a new avatar............mayank still the same in terms of charachter...........but, no doubt, loved seeing his greif for Nupur......
Same goes to Gunji...........only clothes and hairstyle changed little bit...........but no changes in terms of charachter as we saw till now............
To be honest, I was waiting for changes in their charchters, it shouldn't have to be a dramatic one.........but a change that can let us see a new angle of their talent as actors........
Like in Samrat case...........I loved the changes they made on him, I don't mean the look coz this is the least important one, I mean the new shades cvs added to his character is very fresh.......and gave Mohit a chance to show what he is capable to do as an actor..........
I wanted Gunjan to be shown carless and bold or something like Ash's charachter,.............something completely deferent.....coz Sanaya needs that..........there are some people who says she only can cry on screen..........I wanted cvs to give her a chance to show what she is really capable to do.......
Arjun as well..........I believe he would love to do something different than being the mature, serious angry man..........
Actors need to change coz they get bored portraying the same thing for years...........and they have ambitions and needs to fullfill them.......
These are my takes.................but in general S2 is very interesting and I must apprecaite CVs efforts........they did great job...........but still one thing they need to do is to bring Nupur back............and they will sooner or later.....
