Just when you thought she might say something heartless again after her 'You know Sid saved my life so why....', she comes out with the most PLEASANT yet HEARTBREAKING surprise 'Why do you love me so much?'. (I will be eternally grateful to Jenni for emoting the dialogue the way she did)
That one dialogue is going to ring in my head forever 😊 I'm not the one to cry easily but this scene did something to me. Right from when Riddhima closed her eyes and felt Armaan's presence. Can someone tell me is she ever going to have that feeling with Sid? Is Armaan ever going to be able to love this Kangan like he loves Riddhima? BIG FAT NO. Because this isn't human love. Its something way beyond that.
She asks him 'Could you not see how rude I was to you?'. Yes he could Riddhima but he can take a thousand taunts for you. AND FINALLY she admitted what we wanted to hear. She had never fallen out love with him. She was trying to BLOCK him out because she had to. When these two seperate tomorrow, do you realise that they actually haven't even fallen out of love with each other? Even this messed up Riddhima hasn't so how can you expect Armaan to move on?
All this time, she avoided him and his touch.... but finally today she grabbed his collar twice out of helplessness. Asking him to stop making things so difficult for her, asking him to stop loving her so much so she can block him out at least. The second time round, her hands just fall on him while she asks 'Why are you so nice Armaan?' and she falls to the ground saying 'Why can't I be like you?'. She accepts that she doesn't deserve him, she falls short to his magnitude but the fact is that it is Riddhima who has made the Armaan the man he is. THAT is why these two should not be kept apart, their souls are entwined together.
They've promised their togetherness in the next 6 lives but I want them NOW!!! Its a SIN to seperate these two and may I add, its also wrong to seperate the two BEST actors of DMG. Whether you're a fan of KaJen or not, you just can't deny that no-one can emote better than these two and when they are together, they just stun you. Such powerful actors whom give you goosebumps in scenes like this!
P.S. Those who want to embrace change, feel free to. I'm fine with my AR memories 😊 Till we get them back together again of course.
