sadu..even sumran and karman wedding, suman while doing the saath pheres was winnowing the rice while in karthi nandu marriage they didnt show that. BTW was is the significance of that. Are these marriages punjabi marriages? Why there was no bharath at all. I didnt see karthi on the horse at all...lol

no dear its not a punjabi wedding....this is like the modified or u can say somehow updated by the CVs..these are way of a marriage in north india...
and abt horse...heheheh...u know I was also wondering k CVs lagta hai rasam,riti riwaz bhul gaye hai.,..and bas kaam ki cheez means...kartik ko hi dikha rahe hai

U didnt tell me about that rice winnowing rasm? Any idea why they do that. In south india (in our religion) only magalsutra ( we call it thali.......not plate yaar😆)and metti( a silver metal ring worn around the toes) is significant. Sndoor is not significant at all wether we wear it or not all. Even a turmeric stick tied around a yellow thread is signifcant here which is widely used in tamil movies as magalsutra. 😆 Our muhurthams or muhurath are always in the mornings..sometimes early mornings like 6 to 7 a.m. or mostly the latest 10:30 a.m. Not after that. sadu why dont we discuss about the different religions and cultures in a new thread and also knowing about each others cultures which will enlighten everyone as the serials r misleading the youngsters nowadays.
