It seems to be the trend on this forum to ask questions to either AR/SR Fan group..and me being one of mischief mongers..have to be trendy ....
so here is a doubt ...anybody is welcome to respond in the way they want...and bashers are allowed tooo...at their own risk😆
If the saat phere, mangalsutra and maan mein sindoor thing had not happened between Sid and Ridz..she had not agreed to marry him and turned him down.....and then if Armaan happened to return....Ridhima would not have given him even a look, he would not be anywhere on her radar, she would have cared fiddlesticks about him....
My point she cares coz she is married, because of this societal custom, and a lot of fans here believe that SR are in love...when without a ritual she wouldn't even glance at the same man...then how can there be love...its a custom that binds them and makes them care....right !!!
Without it there would be no SR..only AR...and AR...and AR...😃

Awesome topic!!! The only thing keeping Ridz away from Armaan is the marriage.
Did I miss something ..... there is no love between SR .... Ridz trusted Sid, and now that has been broken as well. I do not recall watching any scene where SR have confessed to loving each other, yet fans believe they do. The closest they have ever come to any emtional confession is Sid saying, "Main tumhe passand kerne laga hun" and Ridz saying that maybe she is ready to move on .... There is a huge difference between love and like .....

There are a lot of things that could have happened. AR could have gotten married and had kids but did that happen? Ummm NO😳😳

Why bother about what ifs? Let's look at what is😃 Love always comes softly not aggressively😛 Most of the Indian folks have had arranged marriages where there was NO love to begin with but even those folks spent all their life together and loved each other immensely. Many of these folks had affairs before marriages but once married they put away past memories and moved on in life😛 Being together can be done in two ways. Love first and then marriage or marriage first and then love. SR got married first and then came/will come the love part☺️ Yes Ridzy wouldn't have cared about him if she wasn't married to him but that's the thing she IS married to him and she IS committed to him😛 Her commitment towards her marriage is FAR greater than her so called "true" and "eternal" love :)

hey angel....thanx for responding...my point here is only one...she did not even glance at Siddhant, actually hated him with a venom...before this marriage...when u talk about arranged marriages...the woman in question does not hate the man before or tries to kill herself on the day of the wedding...and just seven pheras or a mangalsutra around the neck...does not make a marriage...its something else..marriage is just society's approval to ur commitment to each other....this was definitely not their case
and sometimes love follows marriage...SR as far as i know...have never confessed their love ...the closest is pasand karne laga hoon.....and ridhima even in her mind has never said that she loved him...he is a moral duty...and when ur heart lies somewhere else...u urself can never be happy nor make the man happy either.
yes i believe in second chances too but not when ur past life is not even a closed chapter...i supported SR initially thinking that everyone has a right to another beginning.i was not happy but tried to be a realist .but when i saw Ridhima's tears, confusion, bewilderment and agony at Armaan's return...knew it in a flash that this woman's heart still lies with this man...and u cannot force love..just because there is a relationship in the eyes of society...a mangalsutra when worn with love is the most beautiful bond but when worn as a duty is bondage.
