I think to shake this foundation of Radh and Vish both the strom has to come..
Right now Vish is in Radh's house so she is feeling secure and with no care
Where as Radh is shaken as her house is infected wtih the termites
but she is seeking the solution
The condition in whichi Radh had to keep quite applies to Devki too..
They both had to keep quite for Babuji's prestige at that time and now the added burden of Purohit's prestige and Dev's RP position.
This truth has to come to babuji first as he is only the wise enough to handle everything with precision
Radh could not have brought it to Dev as he is too impulsive and would not be able to use its benefits to the fullest...
His lawyer also told him that he did everything in haste and did not pay attention to the details...
Devki also needs to be shaken and bring into the eye of the storm.. So that being in center she can see the destruction created by her biological daughter Vishakha.
I do not know but I feel that Devki needs to shaken really hard to come out of her stupor and for that may be Radh will have to suffer.

And now as I think of it. The petition of divorce was not granted is by the divine intervention as actually Vish is not married to Dev at all..
And as Abali mentioned in her post that .. if this petition would have been granted Vish would have got the titel of ex-wife..
but as she is not a wife at all... the truth will make her nothing..
So let's see how Kahna unfolds his Leela... cause he is the master mind in all these right??? Protecting the rights of RadhDev...
