New TOI ARTICLE: Karan Grover is back!

Karan Singh Grover is back on Dill Mill Gayye. There was buzz that the production house did not want him, but the channel insisted on getting him back.

Falling TRPs probably was the reason for this decision. But will his return really make a difference to the show's dwindling fortunes? "In the past these come-backs have hardly worked," says a TV director. "Even Smriti Iraani as Tulsi couldn't salvage Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, toh Karan kya cheez hai!" But may be we shouldn't jump the gun and give him a fair chance.

The guy has gone through a lot of bad press in recent times during his divorce and linkups with other women. Karan, who was in hibernation past many months, has resurfaced and recently met mediapeople to talk about his return on TV. "It's really awesome to be back after such a long time and I am making a grand entry in the show now," he said. Karan claims his comeback was always in the offing, but the producers waited for the right time. Well, what do we say to that now!

ksg apparently has teh biggest fan following in the industry n his presence in the show does make a big diefference n as far as ksbkbt is concerned ..it was streched far so long that even its loyal vieweres lost there interest🤢
