I agree with you. All of us have been saying in the past that Dev has done so much for Radhika and Radhika's priority still seems to be her sister and Amma. So, this track is perhaps to remove that forever. I just wish it wasn't done through Dev, but these creatives have limited imagination.

Right now the evil trio is good with this division between Dadi and Dev. Dadi has always sided with Dev even when Vaishali was against Dev and Radhika. Nobody could do anything because Dadi is the most influential person in that house. Now, evil ones think that Dev has brought this ruin on himself. Radhika was the weak link in the relationship because of her weaknesses towards Vishaka. Now that weakness seems to be going away as she sees Vishaka harming Dev and his interests. So, Radhika will be the one to bring closure to this stupid guilt trip. Only way she can do is if Dadi and Vaishali comes to know about it. So, Radhika will find a way to reveal it to Dadi either by using her parents or doing something else.

Even though I really feel that they showed dumb Dev who put Vishaka in their room, the consolation was that he personally didn't give the medicines to Vishaka and handed it over to Radhika to do that. Also, he asked Radhika to take care of Vishaka rather than personally doing it himself. It is still reprehensible, but better than doing it itself. I wonder if Dev would throw out Vishaka if she tries to put her moves on him or whether it will be done before that.

Anyway, this track is as disgusting as the burning track and so will probably wait for a month for it to finish. But, I am hoping that they show what Devki was saying about this turning from poison (vish) into nectar (amrit) for Radhika. Maybe, this is what finally loosens Vishaka's hold and as a result Amma's hold on Radhika. Radhika always becomes very stubborn if she feels something is really going to harm Dev. So, I think now all her protective instincts would come out and she will do something maybe by taking Birju's help.

Angie using the creatives logic the only way Vishaka could enter PB was if either Dev or dadi become weak........without either of them saying yes, no one can move anything in PB.......so the creatives did what they do best..........let emotions rule over the thought process of the strong characters. They did that with Shastriji and Dev during RP pooje, dadima when Rad was kicked out..........so now they did the same thing with Dev (guilt) and dadima (anger).........they will keep on fuelling the two different emotions through various people in the PB.........that is they probably will be manipulated until they reach a collision point.....so Dev through Vishaka and dadima through chachoo.......maybe the RP title wil be at stake..............the only person now other than chachoo who is not clouding her judgement by emotion is Radhika.........so basically I am hoping that it will be Radhika against Vishaka and chachoo. If handled properly thi track will be interesting because not only will it reveal some truths but will also be a lesson for dadima and Dev.........that hiding your past is of no use.........because when it hits it creates havoc. I don't know whether Shastris will be involved...........I hope they are.

They could have brought Vishaka by letting Dev and dadima know what happened during Mehendi and 2nd wedding.........both would have been very grateful and would have welcomed her out of gratitude.......then Vishaka could have done the same thing that she is doing now, but then the creatives would not have completed their favourite circle game and nor would it have been melodramatic.

interestingly in frasier they have miles getting addicted to a soap opera and he is sitting and comparing all the characters to the characters in the old classics 😉 😆

Funny you guys mentioned Seinfeld, Frasier, and Everybody Loves Raymond because I too have been diverting my upset mind with these comedy shows! 😆

Misti: I initially thought that this is how Vishaka will be brought to PB as Radhika will reveal Vishaka's role and everybody would accept her. I think that was the earlier intention as there were articles about Amma being exposed etc. but those tracks never happened. I think they decided that they don't want to lose Amma and so buried this way of bringing Vishaka to PB (in fact, I remember the actress playing Vaishali mentioning that too). Anyway, now that Dev has fallen, hoping for Radhika to go against Chachoo and Vishaka and make Dadi sane too. Like Dev, she is also acting insane.

Anyway, I am wondering what is so special about this show now? Why do we write about it so much? Is it that we invested our time during the good period and now feel personal when the show starts going downhill. In the past, I have always stopped watching shows when they start going downhill, but with this show I can not seem to that. I still watch it in the hope that it will eventually improve. I wonder if other people also watch it for the same reason.

Why, I was watching for Radhika and am sticking around for her as she is getting stronger. I stayed away all day and then watched the show in 15 mins while waiting for my husband. I actually liked Dev today being honorable, yet not interfering between the 2 sisters. It will help Radhika get Vishakha out of her system and he will rectify his relationship with his beloved Daadima down the line.

I understand your view point. Even during the good times, I was not addicted to this show and usually would just read updates and watch once in a while. There were great episodes that I watched. I think watching it more regularly started for me once I joined the forum and especially after I started participating on the forum. So, the addiction is to come to this forum. I was so angry after the burning track that I stopped watching it for several weeks, but then came back to the show. I also root for Radhika because she deserves to be happy. I liked the characters of both old Radhika and Dev that has been lost. Even though Radhika's actions many times were incomprehensible, at least Dev's character was consistent. I never thought that they make Dev like one of other soap characters who either because of blind guilt or self-sacrifice become extremely self-centered and selfish. That is what is happening to Dev's character for last two days. Even though I expected him to bring Vishaka to PB, I was thinking that they would show Dev logically explaining everything to Dadi. But, in order to show the conflict between Dadi and Dev and impose Vishaka in the middle, they are ruining two really good characters and the story.

Probably, the time has finally come to give it up for good. I will stick for few episodes to see if this ridiculousness is resolved. If they continue with this track for a longer time, I am thinking of giving it up for good. There are other things to do in life.

Yes, Radhika is going to be the most influential person in kicking Visakha out of the PB....
