How good do people think Anwesha will be?

Like in the future, how good of a playback singer do people think Anwesha will be? Like the best female? Right there with Shreya as the best? Or a Tier down? Or just once in a while singer. Or will she not even make it to a bollywood level?

Also, how old is she now?

Anwesha is 16 years now.

I think it's too early to comment on this,as we all know she has tremendous potential so we can expect her to make it BIG in the bollywood.Our best wishes will always be with her.

i think she is as par as whn shreya was 16 yrs old,

She undoubtedly has tremendous potential and with the attitude and dedication she shows towards music, i feel she will be the best female lead after few yrs 😊

Anwesha is 15 years old now ....

Everyone was bowled over by Anwesha's singing in CU. That's why she has a HUGE fan following all over the world. There are many people who jump at any new video of hers posted on youtube, We all have very high expectations for her.

But no-one can say anything about the future. We have seen many of these singers suffering because of these shows. Shreya was lucky that reality shows and stage shows were not popular during her times, so she could focus on her riyaaz and goals. Like many others, I also hope she substitutes all these shows with longer hours of riyaaz. Yes, it will disappoint many of her fans who are always waiting for the opportunity to listen to her, but I'm sure they will accept that because it is for her good.

She is still young. With her dedication to music, I sincerely hope she will shine. Even if she doesn't do big in bollywood, I hope she continues her classical training and become good classical singer. The reason I was attracted to her singing is for her melodious songs not dhum dham songs...

redapple1, you just said what has always been in the back of my mind. Thank you😃

The reason I am so attracted to her is the type of songs I've heard her singing. I just love her singing the old Lataji's numbers. Unfortunately, we hardly see such types of songs in Bollywood these days. I too don't want her to get lost in the dhum dham types of songs that we get to hear in Bollywood these days. I was very unhappy with her Tha karke debut in golmal returns.

Sometimes we see more such songs in regional films today. As we saw, Shreya got her national award for regional films this time and both were for extremely melodious music.

Yes, I also would prefer that Anu either becomes a good classical singer or sings only good quality songs. She should not sing any rubbish song that Bollywood offers these days.
