I don't know if she would have turned. But yeah, she wasn't in a trance anymore. She'd seen herself in the "mirror" before anyone came in the kitchen - so she noticed her colorless face first and then realized that someone was coming. I personally think she wouldn't have. She'd have wanted to, really wanted to. But what Baabi said was still fresh in her mind - she would not hurt her parents and her family like that just because of what she wants. This is the same girl who was ready to marry Moorey for her dad's safety - I am absolutely sure that at THAT time she would not have turned. Yeah, if Baabi had not brought her back to earth earlier then this would be a different situation and then I am almost certain that she would turned in a trance. But as a conscious decision, I don't think she's ready to show Dutta her real face no matter how much she wants to or dreams about it. She is not "crazy" like she said, she is just dreaming. But she knows what her boundaries are and what she should not do.
