Party politics at play again. Our youth is different though. RT and BT can't premeate their psyche. Inidan public, on the whole, is denouncing this brand of politics. You will NOT know my stand on this debate unless you go through the thread. So, stop assuming.

To save you some time here --- I do not support part of SRK's statement - the part where he claims Pakistan is a good neighbor. I support him on the other part - keeping politics and sports separate. I do not think the sportspersons or the artists are responsible for attacks on our soil. It is our weak and corrupt government has failed us time in and time out.

I am dead against sena's approach towards opposing SRK's statement. I am dead against any one who uses violence to advance their political aspirations. I am dead against those who try to curb the freedom our democracy gives us. In my eyes, Sena is no better than Taliban. Many Indians realize this fact. Others, who favor senas out of regional bias will realize it one of these days.

@CPM you are only talking about motive and you are ignoring the method. SS might have some selfish goals, but what are the methods to achieve them?

Moreover, who told them that the majority of the people are with them? If violence is the best method for you then we are at the wrong place in DM. If we go by that then instead of discussing in DM better way would be to beat anyone who disagrees.

Sorry for breaking the response out in so many posts. The font was getting messed up. Anyways, I have said all I had to say on divisive and undemocratic politics. Unless something new is brought to my attention, I'll refrain from running in the loops over and over again.

You defend senas based on other's dirty deeds. I always oppose each and every one them - including the ones who hail from my region.

Your kind of thinking will make India degress more. My kind, at least, hopes for things to get better. I refuse to lose my hope.

Go to Patna, scream I disagree with Laloo prasad yadav's methods. He is a bad man, before you finish up your speech you will have some of your teeth lying on the floor😆 Laloo is just an example. Go to almost any part of India, this is the case. That is how politics in India works

This ain't America where you have a debate before election and you call the other "soft on terror" and make election points😆.

Other political parties using same methods doesn't justify the same for SS. When we look for some examples then we look for good examples and not the bad ones. Some students not studying in class and failing doesnt mean that others should do the same. Laloo is wrong, he is criticized, and similarly SS is wrong.

Something being in mess doesn't mean that one should automatically create more mess. It sets more and more bad examples for others to follow.
