this could b right as in BB1 n 2, the 2nd runner up is evicted earlier in the day.

n this 'leading' by votes is nonsense......this is not general election that EVMs have to b collected from diff. areas n then counted.....
voting closed at midnight, n they already have the daily tally, so BB already should who is the winner.
i dont know if reputed media can disclose results of reality shows before telecast, so we have to rely on

vote ke counting complete hone se pehle woh kaise keh sakte hai ki praveshis second runner up. If the counting is still going on then kuch bhi ho sakta hai.
