This serial wud have been much much better if Naitik or somebody in the house was totally against these rules and customs and after getting married, he tries to bring about a change in the way they live and the way they force their children to live......but sadly he also followsthem and when he doesn't think that therez something wrong with it, then why will he object ? (i'm talking abt taking pallu) ...Akshara can also do it but the way her character is, docile and naive, she'll never raise an eyebrow even if she's murdered to death by her in laws ....see the gen. gap they created here...Daddaji and Naitik....Naitik's father has abs no say in these matters hence his family is forced to follow Daddaji's orders (usually it NEVER happens that way) ......when Naitik's father doesn't have a say then how can Naitik have it? and it's impossible that dinosaur Daddaji changes his mindset 🤢 yrkkh future is ghor andhera

That's what i also don't like about Naitik...the oldies want pallu , fine it can be understood but he also🤢.....
Why can't he question them.........and believe me elders live in their world that they are the wisest and they don't make mistakes coz unhone duniya dekhi and are more worldly wise...........
Till one speaks up with a open heart they don't even realize that they are suffocating their kids.....it is necessary to show your displeasure if u don't like something ....
But here Naitik doesn't speak...i hate to say this for all my lovely frenz who are Naitik fans...but he needs to be Man now...

Even i have noticed this thing mostly in women back home that they can't take help from their husbands in daily routine ....
Societal norms don't permit this acc. to them.....But Why..i haven't figured out as well why?
My in laws were shocked to see my hubs helping me when my son was born .....especially seeing him changing diapers....
But since my hubs is a true believer in gender equality (at times more than me). they didn't make much fuss about it..
But later they made a remark about some other NRI couple who moved to India and the
man use to help his wife ...that yeh sab bahar chalta hai yahna nahin.... i just don't get this standard ki bahar
theekh hai why not in India....And as you said the women are also to be blamed for this who believe themselves as Abla Naari..

YOUR ILs were shocked to see your hubby helping u...... but then they got used to it. So,chal shock treatment ho gaya😉😆 I think it is the duty of educated Indian girls & boys to educate their parents & tell them now we believe in equality. We can be nice & firm don't have to be weak like Aksh (ma kya sochengi).......unfortunately, very few people have the tenacity to go against a defined society norm, that's why we still see submissive behaviour fr many girls & I feel like gunning them down for that!!
Even today we don't like 'Gharjamai' n 'joru ka gulam'(definations may vary !!) so to an extent we too like male dominance. This mind set has to change......To have a better environment for our girl child we shd educate our male child accordingly.😊

Ignorance and complete knowledge are bliss but we have half knowledge which is dangerous. We twisted our ancestral intentions to suit our necessities......which is very bad so learn to live & let live!!!

Sonu, Naitik not objecting to all this is in accordance to his character..he was brought up in tht kind of atmosphere ..now akshara's family follows more or less the same traditions..Rituraj's mom also took pallu.......and why should we only blame naitik? did akshara ever voiced her opinion to HIM that she has a problem with it? infact does she HAVE a problem with it or no? we dun know.....

Sonu Naitik cannot talk to Daddaji bec. like i said, his father doesn't have a say then he can NEVER have a say with Daddaji...they all are used to him bossing around...tht's the major problem..therez not even 1 character who's strong enuf to raise his voice against these idiotic customs..infact they brought in somebody who was MORE orthodox..Akshara's nani ! yucks !

Sonu, u it the nail on the head......we are mad as we had our hopes pinned on him .......he'll bring abt a change .....revolution in DJ land (I still think he'll do someting but by then we would have left YR zone😭) now they have turned him into a rat in front of Dinosaur DJ & Godzilla B Ma and Hitler G ma(twists & turns😡). Poor Nightingale Aksh has to remain mute outside the mating season and even then must apply for trilling/walking permits from Ma Hitler 🤢. All other birds (Nandini & Rashmi) must remain silent from henceforth except for Owl gulabo who may hoot for an hour after dusk. Talking to hubby is strictly forbidden in DJ land🤢

he has not changed Tina....all the ladies in Singhania house and Maheshwari house ENJOY this lifestyle...u know the worst thing in last 2 episodes was Gayitri showing off her happiness tht Akshara was stopped from going to Shimla 🤢 what a sadistic behavior ! they cud have shown it this way ke Daddaji stops her from going but Gayitri and Bhabhi ma understands her pain and try to calm her down ..INSTEAD they're discussing "acha hua ..munna ne kaise soch liya bahu ko le jaane ka..aadat padh jayegi..main toh pehle hi mana kar deti" 🤢 and giving that vampish grin when naitik was leaving...oh nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo !!!!!!!!! it's always women vs women..

Par Charu..they all were oldies..Varsha doesn't take it..Oldies in my relatives also take it but the young bahu's are not required nor do the boys want them to take it.......Singhania's live in small town ..Ok ....fine..shaadi and functions she mite take it as they can't question those traditions.......But what is the need in daily life and Aksh toh gungi hai...uske muh main zubaan nahin hai...i agree...par naitik i had hopes from him........Isn't he an MBA and as far as i rem.. i think he studied abroad...itni duniya dekh ke bhi usne nahin seekha....what's the use of such education when you can't just question such ridicilous traditions.....

Naitik's character is ziddi...zid main aake he might in future question this...but what i expected him to do was the very next day to question this pallu😡

i totally agree......and this should start early....I teach my boy to do his own work as far as possible and that girls are no less.....like one day he questioned me do girls play cricket ?? And he had a nice lecture from me...that's another thing that he is too young to understand all this but these things do affect their innocent minds...and also i have seen parents of girls making them delicate damsels......oh wahan mat jaana chot lag jaayegi...That swing is too high for u ...ladki hai dar jaayegi...arre 😡let her go woh nahin daregi...jaane hi nahin doge toh kaise pata ki daregi ki nahin...and when such girl's grow up they become abla naari's...😡
