Dev's first gift to Radhika were the bangles which Amma through into the fire.
Dev's second gift to Radhika is the payal. Amma has snatched it for Vishaka. Payal is usually made of silver which is extremely resistant to heat and int he event of a fire accident strong possibility of Vishaka's feet getting charred not ruled out.
