Part 1
The episode begins with Dev asking Dadi after this we are leaving for Vrindavan? dadi says yes five married women have to put tika on you and remove nazar/evil eye and then we will leave. Dev says five, five will take two long, let's make do with one and then leave. Everyone laughs, Dadi calls Birju to get the plate and then asks Deepika, Mrinalini and 3 other women to put tika. All 5 women do the ceremony, then Dadi takes money and moves it around Dev and then gives it to Birju asking him to distribute it, Birju jokes that I thought you were giving me pocket money. Dadi then asks Dev to take blessings of ancestors.
Meanwhile, there is a prayer at Radhika's place too, some priests are chanting mantras, Vishaka who was outside comes back in to be seated. The priest says now grind this lentil/pulse so that Radhika can take this and get blessings from the ancestors. Devki proceeds to make the lentils into paste, and put it in some dough like substance . The priest then asks Shastriji to have the eldest person of the family come and light the diya first. Shastri family are looking at each other thinking about Amma(who is not seated right there). Shastriji nods at Devko who goes to get Amma, Devki goes towards the house and sees Amma with her belongings, Devki asks her where she is going, Amma says she is leaving this house. Everyone is shocked.
Part 2
Shastriji goes and asks Amma what are you saying? Amma says you are asking this lalla? From your words, I felt that this house doesnt need me, you have always said that I am the cause of every problem, so I was thinking that if I don't stay in this house, it will be good for this house, all troubles will go away. Shastriji says my words have saddened you, I ask for forgiveness. I had no intention of hurting you, a home is not home w/o a mother. Radhika folds her hands and says don't leave Amma, because of me you have to leave home, don't leave this house needs you a lot. Amma says mann ma ladoo phoot rahein honge ki ee bala hamesha ke liye jaa rahe hai(you must be very happy that this problem is going away forever). Shastriji says no Amma, radhika really wants you to stay, you place is top most in our minds, you will tell us the difference between right and wrong, how will anyone consider you a problem?
Suddenly, a car arrives there, everyone looks on, a lawyer has arrived. He introduces himself as the Purohit lawyer and Shastriji asks him how come he is here. The lawyer smiles and says why are you all so worried, I am just here to take signature on some papers. Vishaka seems surprised. Shastriji asks what papers. The lawyer says actully Dev Rajpurohit has decided to put his entire wealth in Radhika's name. Amma is standing right behind Radhika and she moves to look and she looks stunned. Vishaka and devki are happy. The lawyer continues that is why I have come here for her signature, what are you thinking Shastriji, don't you know how lucky your daughter is? You know after she goes there, she will be the head of 28 mutts, she will also be the head of 28 trusts and 19 schools. Amma is shocked. Other than this, 9 farmhouses and god knows how many bungalows and all this the Purohit family is doing because they think that their going to be Choti Bahu has a right to all this. Radhika looks on. Amma in her mind thinks that this is the height of injustice, whatever was supposed to be Vishaka's, all this is being given to Radhika. If I leave, then everyone will throw Vishaka away like a fly from milk.
Part 3
The lawyer says Shastriji please tell radhika to sign these papers. Shastriji says right now, how about after sometime, after we finish the marriage festivities? The lawyer says Shastriji dev babu wanted this done before marriage and that is why he sent me before the baraat/wedding procession could come. Shastriji says I understand but right now we have the prayer for our ancestors. Amma puts her stuff down and says I am not going anywhere, everyone is happy. Amma goes in. The lawyer says ok, I will leave the papers here, please have Radhika sign it. Devki tells Shastriji that they have sent the lawyer in a hurry, if radhika doesn't sign, what will they think? Shastriji stops the lawyer and says we will have it signed now. Radhika signs all the papers.
Meanwhile a priest is doing puja outside their house on Dev and the wedding car. Dev is impatient and asks if we can leave. Dadi smiles and says to sit, they all sit and drive off. Shastriji comes into the house, he tells one lady to put Amma's stuff in her room and asks another to take people for lunch. Shastriji goes near Amma and sits down and says by not leaving, you have saved me from a bad deed, if any mother leaves being angry with her child, there is no greater unfortunate than that, your continued blessings and support on this house is what we wish for. Amma smiles and says what you told me I will never forget, being the eldest, what is my duty, you have told me. Shastriji says Devki and I are going to the dharmshala, Purohit parivar will be there and they leave. Radhika then goes and tells Amma it is goodyou stayed Amma, without you, the happiness in this house is incomplete. Amma says I stayed because of you and then leaves. Radhika is happy. Shastriji is checking the the preparations for the wedding, suddenly someone screams the baraat has come, Devki and Shastriji greet Dev, Dadi and all the others. Shastriji hugs everyone including Chacha. Shastriji and Devki feed everyone, Dadi says, I do not see Amma, should she be greeting me (being of same age?) Shastriji says she is at home due to tasks there. Deepika then calls Dadi for something and Dadi leaves.
Part 4
Amma goes and prays in her room saying I know God will come in the form of a human and says says his thing and this house's problem is Radhika. I want to save lalla's house, I want to save Vishaka's fate, what to do, should I throw Radhika in the Yamuna, should I leave her in the jungle, what to do? Show me the way, Show me the way God.
Meanwhile, Shastriji asks Devki if Radhika is ready for Gauri puja, he will check. Vishaka is getting Radhika ready and she says I do not understand Gauri puja, when you got your husband, why pray to Gauri for a husband? Radhika explains that we don't just pray for a good husband, but also that we become good wives, just like Parvati, she is her husband's love, faith and strength (Shastriji walks in and listens and is happy). Shastriji says what do I teach my daughter, God willing you forever have this thirst of knowledge. Shastriji says what an ironical problem, when a daughter comes into the house, the father starts planning for her wedding, but as soon as the wedding approaches, the impending separation from his daughter comes before him. Radhika is upset. Shastriji says there aren't so many tears when a dream is fulfilled as when a daughter leaves the house after getting married. Radhika wipes her father's tears and goes into his arms. Vishaka watches and smiles. Shastriji says he will go, Devki is waiting with the thali.
Radhika and Vishaka are about to leave, Vishaka's cell phone rings, Vishaka asks Radhika to leave and goes to pick up the phone. Purab says I can't believe you wanted to hide such a big truth from me but still I found out why you have came back to Vrindavan. Vishaka is surprised. Purab says I am upset that you didn't even share it with me. Vishaka says Purab it is a matter of one night, noone knows and noone should come to know. Your promise me you won't tell anyone. Purab says ok. Vishaka says ok I will keep the phone down and Vishaka turns around and sees Radhika looking at her.
