AN-Jiah track inspired by Grey's Anatomy?

At the end of the first season, McDreamy's wife makes a sudden appearance from no where and then starts the love triangle between the married Patrick Dempsey (Mc Dreamy), his wife, who is a doc at the Seattle hospital (just like Dr Jiah is a plastic surgeon here!) and Meredith (Niki here)

Now, is there going to be a Dr Mc Steamy here who Jiah will have an affair with, so that AN can be together again??

Recently, Kiran was telling me about Dr Atuls similarity with one of the other doctors in Grey's who failed the internship as well. Well, i think it doesnt matter even if they are re-making an indian version cause its come down to them in heritage from the big industry lol but its important that they make a good outcome of it.
