On Wednesday afternoon, Salma Khan had her trial show of son Sallu's Wanted for her kitty party folks. There was a huge group of women at Ketnav Studios, who seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves.

In the interval, the star mom had ordered special snacks from a well-known Bandra takeaway. This is one kitty party the hens would love to cackle about.

Remember those '80s movies when the hero's entry drew ceetees and taalees from the audiences? Remember the screams of, "kya dikhta hai," "kya marta hai!" etc.

Well that's how you will feel while watching Wanted. Which is not to say it's dated. It's just that the Hindi film hero is now a regular guy, and we were sort of missing that 'herogiri'.

Well, Salman has officially brought it back. We saw a special preview of the film and we gotta say, Salman is awesome in it.

Whether he is bashing up the baddies, performing Prabhudev-esque dance steps or romancing Ayesha Takia. Sallu bhai is gonna rock this Eid. The film hits the theatres worldwide today. Watch it.


Meanwhile....

At Salman Khan's personal trial for Wanted, besides his usual friends and family members like Sajid Nadiadwala, Arbaaz Khan, David Dhawan, Prabhu Deva and Amrita Arora, there was a surprise guest Sallu's ex-girlfriend Sangeeta Bijlani.

Now we know she is a close friend of her ex-Sallu's sister Alvira's, but strangely Bijli was not at her show held this week.

Girlfriend Katrina Kaif has been shooting in Bhopal for Rajneeti. But we can safely say Kat has nothing to worry about.
