I guess the book throwing was to show that if Sammy was driving the car and since he was intoxicated he couldn't have saved himself from the injuries from the broken windshield glass...but he didn't get injured and RV has injuries on his arm...Just as Mayu threw the book at him and he saved his face...he saved his face from getting hurt from the glass and his arm got injured!

Totally agree with you. Trust me when i saw the episode i was going to burst with anger at that useless Lalita Sherawat. can't beleive she's even getting paid for this. Mayu was doing her job for her instead.
