she definately looks different now...but it could also just be good make-up..like at the beginnig of her career she used to be very natural

and now shes full of make-up..

also it isnt difficult to make your lips look more pouty..just dark liplinber dark lipstick+glossy shine --et voila youve got extreme pouty and full lips

Her lips look the small to me! I don't see a difference, but my lips get bigger, if I get allergies, or have a cold, so maybe they were just bigger b/c of some allergies! But that photo doesn't show any difference!
