Radhe Radhe everyone!!
Bolo Jai Kanhiyaa ki.......
Episode starts with beautiful backdrop of Vrindavan lanes and Aarti of Shri Kanha.........Govind bolo hari Gopal bolo........Govind bolo hari gopal bolo....and people peforming Aarti of kanha.........
They show two people(some audience) saying - Are kaka Ashram ke paas jo Mutt bana hain na, vahan Janamastmi ka ustav bade zor shor ke saath hone waala hain......Uncle, the Mutt which is newly constructed near the Ashram, there Janamastmi festival is being celebrated with lot of fun...The other guy - Oh is that so, let us go soon, let us not miss such a celebration....
They show Shastriji's house, and Devki is asking Amma (who is sitting and praying) - Are you not ready yet, we have to go to Vidya niketan Ashram, for the inaugration of newly constructed Mutt of Purohoits. She says - Yeh subah ke puja karke aathe hi honge....Hume taiyaar rehne ke liye keh gaye the........He will be coming in any minute after finishing morning Arti, he(Shastriji) asked us to be ready by then........Amma says, Moko taiyyar hone mein kaunse ghante lagath hain. ek sau aat maala ke jaab sau mein thode hi chod jaavath hain..i.e. I won't take long to get ready...and it is not possible to leave the Jap (counting of the beads) which I need to do 108 times, just by doing 100 Japs...then she leaves and Shastriji arrives saying Devki - you are already ready.......She says yes, but Amma needs some time yet,....Meanwhile I will make some tea for you........he says -- No, it is alright, and asks for Radhika......Is she ready? Devki replies - Radhika, she got dressed up and left very early. Shastriji is happy to hear that and says - " Meri beti Radhika ko, koi aise hi Brij ka Sabse bada kanha bhakt nahin kethe Devki ji -- Meaning, it is not for no reason that people call Radhika, the biggest devotee of Kanha......Govind Gopal song is playing in the background and Shastriji continues to say - every year as soon as Janamastmi festival comes,she forgets everything around her, and in complete and true form gets involved in Krishna Bhakti.....
Devki replies, today you should see her in new clothes, she is looking quite beautiful, that you cannot recognise her.....Shastriji expression changes from being happy to grim.....Devki asks what happened......what are you thinking???
Shastriji replies, today I have to perform quite an important task. Dev babu and radhika ko iss Vivah ke liye manana hain.....I have to convince Rads and Dev for this marriage. Dev babu's dadi and mom have already given their consent to this wedding. Unhe Purn vishwaas hain, ki Radhika unke ghar choti bahu ban ke jayege, tho ghar mein Anand aur sukh ki varsha hogi (beautiful music in the background.) Shastriji says - Dadi and ma have a firm faith that, if Radhika goes to their house as Choti bahu, their house will be filled with happiness and Joy. Devki's expression suddenly changes, becomes sad and grim. Devki says, yea true, and it will be also be a penance to our sins (paap po kaa prayastith ho jayega)........Shastriji looks at her and says, did you say something? Devki says, no, I did not say anything.....(by now she has composed herself)...
Shastriji continues, he says, I think getting approval from Dev would be the most difficult (hehehe, little does he know that would be piece of cake.........), as he used to love Vishaka......He was the one who sent the proposal of marriage with Vishaka......Devki is feeling quite restless, while Shastriji says, and she is the one who left the house and got back name (maathe per kalank) to him. Ab Ussi Vishaka ki behan se vivah ka prastav Shivkaar karenge.........??? He loves, Vishaka, so will he accept the proposal of same Vishaka's sister? Devki seems so restless........Aur Radhika, saada Vishaka ke uthre huye kapade pehen.....ab main kaise kahoon ki Vishaka ka suhaag utran ke roop mein swikaar kar le.......
He further continues to say, all along, Radhika has wore used clothes of Vishaka, how can I ask her today, to accept the husband of Vishaka (as in the second pati)......He says, by taking Lord Krishna's name, I am going to propose this alliance in front of RaDev, and it is up to God's will.
Amma comes out of the room at that minute...Shastriji and Devki are still talking. Shastriji says, I will leave now, Dev's dadi has sent the car to go to Ashram....he says, you both leave in that car, meanwhile, I want to reach early as I have to talk to Dev about the thing that I need to talk with him.......Amma is listening to this conversation.........He says, i will leave now-------Chaltha hoon main......Amma comes in and asks Devki, what is it that, that Lalla has to talk to Dev about.....
Devki tries to change topic and say you are ready, you look nice, let us go.......Amma is smart, she says, I know you both husband wife are trying something, which I don't know of......Moke sab paatha hain.....Yeh Vindoni ne baal doop mein na sufed keeyo hain - meaning, i have seen life....I know that something is going on.......I can smell it..Devki looks very scared..She know becomes very demanding and asks for explanation.......Devki still is quiet..and Amma sits down and says, I will not move till you tell me what it is......i will be seated here only and then we might miss the inaguration.........
Part -2
Amma is sitting and Devki, says, Shastri is going to explain to Dev, that bygones are bygones and without a partner it is difficult to spend rest of life. this is all that he needs to explain........Amma seems happy....and Devki says, I will get puja items.......Amma is talking to herself that Lalla wants Dev to forgive Vishaka and accept her back again.....She is thanking God. and saying finally they have got some senses...Now I can celebrate the Janasmti with much happiness....she is agains thanks God.........
Scene shifts to Ashram where Vivek is busy giving instructions and asks Birju where he is going taking the flowers.....Guruji comes and asks Vivek, did you see Radhika, I need to talk to her as I need Kanha's clothes which she made with her own hands....Viveks says no, i did not see her.....Then Guruji walks away wondering where she might be......He walks upto Dev (Btw, he is looking dashing , in the offwhite Sherwani)....He asks Dev - Did you see Rads,I need Kanha's clothes, soon, guests will start arriving.......Dev says, no I have not seen her, but I will go look for her, after I am done, doing what I am doing now........Guruji says, it is okay, you do your work, while I go and look for her.......
Just then Rads bumps into Dev and rose petals are falling from top(Birju has the basket of petals).......God, she looks breath taking in Red Ghagra....The scene is soooooooo beautiful.........Dev is smiling....and Rads is lbeing shy and lowers her gaze ......Just then Guruji interrupts saying "you are here, i am looking every where.......where are Kanha's clothes.??"......Rads replies.....I have given it to Janaki didi yesterday.....
Vaishali is asking Dadi if she is ready...and Dadi comes and says....i have hard time managing this saree....Vaishali says, let me help you.....she says - maa I am so happy that Mutt inauragation is being done today, and I have heard Vidya niketan kids have really worked hard........Dadi is smiling and replies, all the preparations were done by Radhika........Vaishali - really? Dadi says yes, and also says, Dev also was very enthusiastically prep for celebration......she says really, it feels as if they are made for each other........
Dadi says, if they agree to marry each other.......I will get the Maha Aarti done by them today.....so that my Dev is not insulted again like the way he was insulted during Sthapana.........
Some one comes in with water....and then car arrives, Dadi and Vaishali leaves for Ashram.....and everyone arrives........Shastriji says, Dev beta, come open the door of the mutt.........It is beautiful scene, way Dev passes Arjun (who looks dejected - loser!!) .......just then Guruji says, just stop Dev babu.....
Every one is having concerned look.......Guruji then says, Radhika please get the Aarti........Radhika holding Aarti walks in, Devki looks happy, Mrin is confused, And Amma is so angry........(Aila... she looks so divine...must watch scene)...Gurju says, before entering the mutt, please do Aarti of Dev babu.......Radhika is looking like new bride, with eyes lowered, does Aarti of Dev ( I felt I am going to faint)........Beautiful music in the background.....Loser Arjun and witch Mrin is looking on and Shastriji smiles.....Guruji says, please open the doors now first Dev enters and then Rads(just the way couples make an entry, they enter).......and then everyone enters.......It is very beautifully decorated....and then they all are entering, viewing the beautiful mutt........Dev looks at Rads and smiles........Guruji says, I am very excited to invite you all to this Mutt on the auspicious occasion of Janamastmi......We will celebrate the festival with much enthusiasm........and we will start the program by the bhajan by Shastriji......While Bhajan is played, Dev is eyeing Radhika, who is looking so beautiful........Rads is engrossed in Bhajan and swaying the same way, he had seen her the first time.......... ...Part 2 ends with beautiful Radhe rani bhajan by Shastriji...."Mithe ras se bhari radha rani lage, maan karo karo yamunajinu pani lage......"This is one of the very beautiful composition, describing the ethereal beauty of Radha........
Part - 3
Song is stil sung by Shastriji.............( Mithe ras se bhari radha rani lage, maan karo karo yamunajinu pani lage......) ,.....Dev is continuously staring at Rads....the song means Radha Rani is looking like Princess today....and is looking heavenly.........The priceless scene is where Dev lowers his gaze for a fraction of second and the next second lifts up the gaze again to look at Radhika again........So, mind blowing........Radhika is swaying/dancing without any knowledge of the world.......starts singing and dancing More Kanha..........More Kanha.......suddenly songs stop........and everyone is looking at her.......and Dev is still smiling....... Every one then starts clapping......Radhika then composes herself..........Guys, this scene is so beautiful.....not only romantic, but so full of Bhakti of Kanha.....(tears start to flow from my eyes.....Believe me, you will love this scene......)
Chacha and Mrin are talking..... even after all this Shastriji is being given so much importance.....whose one daughter ran away bringing us disgrace......and now the second daughter gives Aarti to Dev........Mrin says, baat iss se bhi zyaada twisted hain ......... meaning, there is more than what meets the eye......I think there is something very big being hidden, which will effect all of us.......Chacha nods and says, you are right Bahu......Parde ke picche koi na koi kicchidi zaroor pak rahi hain, jiska swad humare liye kadvaa hoga.....meaning something is cooking and the outcome won't be beneficial to us.......
Mrin is thinking.........Amma approaches Lalla and says I am very happy, listening to your decision....My heart is so filled with happiness....Shastriji is happy, but still has confused look........She says, whenever your realize, then it is a good start........Whatever decision, you have taken is awesome........Shastriji says, I am happy that you are happy by my decision and have no problem with it........Amma says, what problem do I have, my grand daughter's life is being settled again, she will be called CB of that house again......Shastriji now seems more confused..........what problem do I have...........

Shastriji says - Again? What again? About whom are you referring to? Amma says, Vishaka who else? Shastriji says, Vish is dead to me and you know that..........I want to get Radhika and Dev married.....Amma looks stunned.......and Shastriji.....says, I am confident, Dev babu will not get a better wife than Rads, that is why, I am going to put this proposal in front of Dev today.........Amma is still shocked...
Shastriji says, if he agrees, then they will do the maha aarti together.......Amma says, what are you talking about?? How can you even think about it? Are you not satisfied by doing Tarphan of alive daughter that you are now thinking of snatching her rights too??? Don't do this mistake Lalla........Now Amma is almost in tears and pleading.........Shastriji says, I have take a decision and i will nOt listen to any one.......Amma is shell shocked and Shastriji walks away..............Shastriji now is looking for Dev everywere.......and finds him and says Dammad babu, I want to talk to something very important, but don't know where to start.......Dev says, why dont you say.......
Just then all the Ashram kids along with Nandu come and says, Dev Bhaiyya, please help us prepare coz Radhika didi is very busy right now........meanwhile, shastriji is looking at them........Kids plead like come along Bhaiyaa....and Dev leaves saying, I will meet you later Babuji..........Meanwhile the kids drag Dev towards radhika, where she is helping the girls get dressed like Radha and Dev helps boys get dressed as Krishna......Now Rads walks up to Dev and comes to help him dress Nandu......and gives him yet another beautiful smile........their hands touch each other....as they are about to pick dress of Nandu..........
Part-4
Dev is helping Nandu and accidentally touches her hand and she feels shy....and now Dev is walking with kids towards Vivek.......Shastriji tries to approach Dev, Amma comes and intercepts him and says today, you have to.......Then they hear the annoucement by Guruji---"Shastriji please come on the stageto says few words about kanha's janam (birth)....Amma says, you go and talk and come, then I wil talk with you.......Shastriji says, I dont have to listen anything, I am not changing my decision..........Now Shastriji talks about the Krishna's birth story.......( I will update this story.....plzz patience)........Every one is listening....Btw, Mrin is looking good, in Indian outfit.(though nothing in comparision to Radhe Rani).....Amma has her head bowed, thinking intently........Dev is still admiring Rads......while Shastriji is continuing with the story.........He says, how yashoda maiyya never behaved, as if Kanha was adopted........because mother is mother.......
Now Shastriji says, let us see the natkat leelayein of Kishna........They show Nandu dressed as Kanha and other Ashram kids are enacting the baal leelayein........Bada natkat hain re.......Krishna kanhaiya...........Kya karee yashoda maiyya is playing (absolute fav of mine) and well enacted by everyone........) Dadi and others are watching and smiling..........
song ends, everyone is clapping....Amma says to Devki...you have hidden such big thing..so that I would not stop lalla, but listen bahuriyaa.....Vishaka is my beloved grand daughter.......I will not let any such thing happen.......I will stop it........Devki says, enough is enough.stop it now......Whatever is happenign is correct....what ever decision he has taken is correct.......I will not either stop him nor will let you stop him...On the contrary, i was the one who has given him the idea........this is the only way to penance from the sin we have committed...........think about it Amma, can we ever tell anyone that Dev's babu's wife is not Vishaka, but Radhika........Amma is shocked...........No, right amma, Then the sin, which we have committed by separating husband wife, but now we got a chance to rectify that mistake, then why should we leave this opportunity........?? Amma says, no I will not agree to this..........I am very sure Vish will return, and i have to safegurard her position, and I will not let Radhika take Vish's position.....
Part 5
If such thing happens, then door for Vish's return is closed., says Amma...Devki replies, it was Vish who closed the door herself......she was the one who returned the mangalsutra back to Dev...........Amma is now very shocked......Dev had found Vish.....and requested her to return .........but Vish returned the mangalsutra and said she does not believe in this relation at all..........Amma tries to argue that Vish is innocent.......that is why she had said meaning less thing..........but she will return, after she gets senses back..........but till then if Rads, takes Vish place, then there is no room for Vish.........I will NOT let Rads do the Maha Aarti together with Dev today.....See, i will stop it......
Dev talks to Birju saying, please look after the guests......shastriji walks in to talk abt the propasal and again gets interrupted as someone comes and says, your friends have come to meet from Mumbai.......
Dev goes to see who has arrived........It is Maanav from Pavitra Ristha......Dev says, where is Archana? She did not come?? Manav says, no she has not.....may be it is Kanha's will that we cannot do Darshan together......Dev says what do you mean?? Manav replies, it is not neccessary that people in love are always together!! Dev says means?? Manav says, Archana is in my heart. Dev says dont worry, please.......Kanha will set every thing right......Dev says how do you find the mutt.......He says it is quite beautiful......despite so many ppl being there, there is so much peace and serenity........Manav further continues, he says, Dev, but I am missing the Dahi Haandi. of mumbai...(another ritual, will explain later)...........
Dev says, Maanav today, we have everything here, leela of Kanha will be celebrate, go look outside.......everyone is dressed in maharastrian style and maanav starts to dream that he and Arachana are dancing together on the song.....of govinda re gopala.....Yashode cha kana baala...........another nice song.......
Mach gaya shor saari naagari re..............
Part-6
Song of Maanav and Archana continues (Govinda aala re aala re......jaara matki samal brij baala).......They form a circle to break the matki.......Manav gets up the top to break the pot.................which when breaks, bring Manav back to reality.......
Dadi is smiling and watching Dev help kids dressed....vaishali walks in...and Dadi says, see how Dev is smiling, today there is smile and no stress on his face......Vaishali asks, Ma, have we taken right decision by accepting Shastriji's proposal.........Dadi says, bilkul.....definitely........she is very wise and simple.....and she will dissolve in Dev's life like moom (wax)...not in the literal sense....but meaning, she will blend in very easily in Dev's life.......She says, I hope thakuri that everything goes well and Shastriji talks to Dev before Maha aarti......so that Dev does not do the aarti alone.......Chacha overhears this conversation and says, what Chachima, is there something going on that I don't know of......Listen Chachi ma, after the death of bhaiSaheb(Dev's dad), i am the elder of the family.....If you tell me the family issues, then I will be happy......but if you don't consider me as one of you all, then tell me,,,,otherwise it is okay.......Dadi says, susheel.....there is nothing as of now, when there will be something, I will def let you know.......Susheel laughs nervously and says, i just felt something........Apni Dadi is also very clever, she says, no, such things sometimes do happen.........she says come Vaishali......and chacha is left thinking.........Kids of Ashram are playing and Amma drags Shastriji....And Shastri says, what is the matter, amma, why have you brought me dragging like this? What is so imp that you need to talk right now?? Amma says, you have taken such big decision with out consulting me........
It is good that you have not yet brought up this issue before dev....It wld have been a diaster had you done it....By marrying Rads to Dev......you are closing all the doors of Vish's return.........shastriji says, Vish is dead to me, so there is no room for her return...I will def talk to Dev......She says, you have lost your mind, You are doing grave sin....You already comitted sin by doing Tarpan of daughter who is alive.......now you are trying to get her husband married again.....you are committing sin again.......Shastriji is firm and says, I have taken decision, and won't change it..........Amma nows says, if in the house, where no one listens to me even on such small thing, then i don't want to live in such house....... If you are going to talk about the proposal, then I will go to old age home........I don't want to live with Adharmi people......Shastriji says, no Amma, neither I am doing Adharam nor any sin.....rest decision is up to you........I am going to talk with Dev babu right this second........Hold your breath guys..........Amma is shocked by Shastri's answer.........He walks aways, and she is left puzzled..........There is ghazal played by Jagjit singh.....

Shastriji says, Dev babu, I need to talk with you, please come out for few mts.......Dev agrees and come out...While they still showJagjit singh sing Radhe Krishna bhakti song.......while the song is playing in the background.........Dev asks Please tell babuji what you wannt to talk...........Shastriji says, I have been trying to gather courage talk to you on this issue for long time now.........My family is connected to your family via a relationship......Dev looks down......But now, from my side, there is big Kalank (bad name) that I have no right even to think about such a thing.........But still, I have a request to make.....Dev says, please do say it, to talk to me, you don't have to hesistate......while yashoda nandan bhajan is playing...Actually, i should have discussed this thing first before you, but..(Dev is nodding his head).....I felt talking to your family members first.....After they granting permission only then, I have gathered courage to talk to you about this issue.......Dev, says babuji, you don't have to think about some much, before talking to me..........Hare krishna, Hare Krishna....bhajan by Jagjit Singh is still continuing..........now the song is in the foreground...and then now Shastriji........says, Kya aap meri putri, Radhika se Vivah karenge??????????/ Will you marry my daughter Radhika....??? Dev is shocked........puzzled...........they keep looking at each other with astonised look........I know, it is not easy, to forget past, says Shastriji........Dev is becoming very emotional.......confused.......Shastriji continues, I will just say Radhika is perfect match for you and she will keep you and your family very happy...........(yehhhhhh Shastriji, way to go...............)...For this reason, I request you, humbly, think about this and then take decision........he folds his hands and walks away........Hare krishna song in the background playing...........Range of emotions going on.......Smile and sadness on his face........Guys, it is priceless..........do definitely watch it.......He looks at Kanha, Radha's murthy........ folds his hand in gratitude., and his eyes are moist......and he is thanking Kanha and reaffirming his faith in Kanha.....and there is Sang (counch sound).......Vaishali finds Shastriji and asks him......did you get chance to talk to Dev?? Mrin walks in close and tries to hear the conversation.......Shastriji says, yes, I have spoken to him......He has not answered yet, but even I did not force him to answer right then.......Mrin is listening...........
It is possible that he might think abt it and let me know the decision.......MEanwhile Deepika comes and pulls aways Mrin, says come here, we are going to have loads of fun.......(Good girl deepika) radhika is helping kids.......while Dev is watching her with million dollar smile.......and he starts dreaming ..........................Baavare neyaan........with jodha akbar type outfit..............( I did not see the song, since I wanted to get on with update)
Part- 8
Beautiful song.....which then changes....teri her jalak mein dikhe hume rab........Song ends....Dev is still smiling........Mrin asks Deepika......what is your problem?? Do you know what Dev did today? Mrin says, that what I was trying to figure, but you dragged me here.......Deepika says, oh, I will tell you, he has invited kids from little champs........Mrin is mad at her.....she says for this thing, you dragged me here to tell this thing?? you are totally unbelievable... She says you have no sense....Deepika says, why do you get upset for no reason?? Arjun walks in and says what happened Bhabhi?? Mrin, says, do you know why your wife dragged me here to just inform me, that Little champs kids are performing.....Arjun, the loser, repeats saying, oh they are performing there and we both are standing here.......he says, they are performing there and we are standing here?? Let us go....and he holds her hand, and says, Deepika you take of here, while we go there, Deepika nods her head.....Little champ kids (Shreyasi, Hemant and Yatharth) are singing the song.....Oh ree ....tere nanyan mein jo kaajal hain.......Radhika is smiling, watching them perform, while Dev is looking at her with so much love, every one is watching, Dadi is happy, amma is agitated.......lovely song that fits very well the scene....the line says, finally what was in my heart has come to my lips........oh re chore.....tere bin main jeeya tho kya jeeya.........mann tere hi kaaran paaagal hain......
Vaishali says, Shastriji, I feel Dev will agree, as he knows what is right and wrong......Dev just walks in and says, I have taken the decision and they look on.........Dev says, whatever the elders have taken the decision is right, so I am READY TO MARRY RADHIKA (jai ho Kanhiyaaaaaaaaaaa)......Happy music is played, both Shastriji and Vaishali are elated.....Shastriji blesses him and then Dev asks did you ask Radhika about this......?? Not yet, says, Shastriji........He says, I wanted to know your decision before talking to her........Now you have told me yes, now I will talk to her.........Dev, says, no Babuji, I will talk to her.......Shastrji is smiling, he says, as you wish........vaishali says, go soon and talk to Radhika......get her approval fast, before Mahaaarti because we all want you both to do the aarti together..........Dev says, Yes, Maa........"we will do the Aarti together"......Loved his confidence...........
Part - 9
Radhika is talking to Little Champs kids...Kids say didi you are very sweet....Dev is smiling.....and then they are arguing...And Radhika says - don't fight....and they laugh they say we are not fighting.....we are doing masti.....
Dev is smiling all along, just then Aeh Chori calls comes. The owner of voice is none other than Amma, she says, you dont have to prance around like this and celebrate........there is no need for all this......just go back home (kuthe ki doom tedi ki tedi)....back to her original nature.........Dev is watching........Radhika is watching, and says, Kanha birth is yet to happen and then Maha Aarti along with everyone swinging the cradle.......please let me be here says Radhika..........Amma, says there is no need of you to stay here...........Radhika is so sad.......Amma shoos her and says, go home, nikal (get out).........Dev tries to stop her, but some one walks in and says, Greetings Dev babu the mutt is very beautiful.........lots of good wishes to you and dev says, thanks, but is nervously looking for Rads......he says, you please eat something, I will just come.......Then runs to Rads, and calls out her name.......Rads bows her head.......Dev says, Rads I need to talk to you about something.......
Radhika says, I have nothing to say.....and try to turn...but Dev stops and says, no Radhika, we have lot to say and hear now........(buhut kuch sunna aur kehne ke liye hain.............) Radhika says, it is better for both of us not to talk or hear about anything.......Dev is confused........Radhika walks away......and Dev is thinking...Just then Shastriji says, where r u going Radhika?? she replies, I am going home.........Shastriji says -- Why? Did Amma ask you to?? Radhika is quiet, and bows her head........Radhika says, there is no work left.....Shastriji says, how can you say that nothing is left, Krishna birth is still left and Maha aarti is left.........No, you cannot leave and holds her and get her back into the Ashram.........
Just then Laali and Sekhar walks in and Laali says, where is your friend Dev?? Sekhar spots Rads and says radhe Radhe..........We are friends of Dev, I am Sekhar and this is Laali (they are from...Agle Janam,mohe betiyaa hi ki jo..........) he says, Dev invited us, and we thought we will come and greet him Janamastmi wishes.....but he is no where to be seen........Radhika says, first, Janamastmi wishes to you both, Dev might be right here somewhere.......She says, I will look around for you and get him for you guys, and as she is about to leave, laali stops her and says, are you Radhikaji.........??
