After reading the updates i think Charu's secret will be revealed because kashish has left the garewal house & might be tushar will be revealed as sujal afterwards,now we will have tushar waiting for kashish.May be a new character will be introduced who will help kashish & will fell in love with her,then we will have Tushar-Kashish-???? love triangle.

yah i think charu secret won't be revealed that soon but it's getting closer 2 tht moment because ekta wants to take the advantage of us the audience 2 continue watching the serial 2 no the truth. But it seem like it will be revealed but anything is possible.
