guys whatever you do DON"T GIVE UP!!!!!!!! keep emailing and calling even if SP are nonresponsive and its frustrating and seemingly futile. otherwise they will assume that this is just a storm in a teacup that they have to ride out and soon everything will die down!!!!! We have to make to sure that they realise that we will not stop no matter how much they stone wall us!!! we will keep at it until they have NO CHOICE but to sit up and take notice!!!!!
