I think what she is doing is absolutely right. She is finally putting her foot down and owning up to her mistake of spoiling Vishaka. All this time she has been very mousey and quiet and now when she is not, she still gets criticized. It doesn't matter what the purpose is (that she is "training" her to be a good wife even though she is not married)--the point is that she is finally giving Vishaka the discipline that she has needed her whole life. It's about time.

She will not get Vishaka married to Dev. She know Radhika and Dev belong together. You may ask why she doesn't let the truth out then--Radhika would not want her to do that, and besides, as a viewer, would you find it satisfying for the truth to come from Devki? I wouldn't. Radhika alone is going to need to face the truth.
