and sirsi --hey,what kind of problem u face to hear this interview,can u tell me?If u don't get to hear properly for like (pause and pause) then after opening the site(it may take some time),pause the interview for aprox-10-12 minutes and then play,i think u will hear the full interview clearly,it's very easy.

after that if u are unable to hear then tell me,i will give the written full details,but it will take some time.
