Shiney Ahuja in deep trouble, medical report shows rape committed on domestic help !!
Ahuja was arrested on charges of rape by the Oshiwara police in Mumbai on Monday, after a domestic help, who was working in the actor's house for the last one and half months, had filed a police complaint alleging that the actor, who often tried to make advances on her in the past, on Sunday evening, between 3-5 pm, had called her to his bedroom, following which he gagged her and repeatedly raped her.
Initially the police could not believe that the upcoming actor, well respected in Bollywood circles and commercially successful, would have committed such a heinous act.
"But after preliminary medical tests conducted on the girl in Nagpada Police Hospital late on Sunday night confirmed sexual assault, Ahuja was subjected to questioning and arrested," said Additional Commissioner of Police Amitabh Gupta.
According to Gupta, the actor initially denied that he had raped her and said that they had sex by mutual consent but after being subjected to intense grilling, he "broke down into tears and confessed that he could have raped the maid in an inebriated state."

According to Assistant Commissioner of Police Dilip Suryavanshi, "There was no consent in the sex" as Ahuja's cook, Mohan, and one of his neighbors also said they found the girl crying and looking distressed when she left the actor's house, the police chief added.
"It was forceful. Shiney threatened her that if she shouts, he will beat her up. He has admitted his guilt," Suryavanshi said.
"A medical examination of the maid has revealed that she may have been forced into having vaginal intercourse as there are injury marks on her private parts. A doctor also said there was a tear in her hymen, indicating fresh intercourse," the police chief said.
Suryavanshi also said the clothes of the rape victim and Ahuja have been seized by the police and sent to Kalina Forensic Science Laboratory for tests and if the results come out as positive, Ahuja could face a minimum jail term of seven years.
