I'll have to be completely honest and say this was the hardest one to think of and that's why it's going to be the last one for a little while! 😃😳 I just hope the person it's for enjoys it! 😳

Her eyes were closing as she struggled to read one more page. Just one more and then I can sleep, She glanced down at her Fossil watch and saw that it was already 2am. "Crap," she muttered under her breath. She knew it was a bad idea to stay up all night procrastinating before her Chemistry final tomorrow—but she couldn't help it; she'd open the books and her eyes would drop shut. Right then her phone started ringing and so she jumped to get it before anyone else woke up. "Hello?" she whispered still in a groggy tone.
"Oh sorry, were you asleep?" Preet asked on the other end.
Hearing his voice immediately sent her heart beating fast and her eyes widened, all evidence of sleep gone. "No—I was just studying." She whispered again.
"Why are you whispering?"
Gup Chup Gup Chup Gup Chup
"Preet, time dekha hain?" She rolled her eyes. "It's after 2,"
"Oh okay," Preet sighed
"Kya hua?"
"I want to see you." He said softly.

"Is waqt?"
meri jaana mujhe chhodake na ja, na ja
"Please?" he pleaded. "Thodi der ke liye?"
"Theek hain," She could never say no to him. He always had the ability to pull off such a tone in his voice that made him sound childlike and completely innocent when in fact he was the exact opposite. "Where should I meet you?"
"I'm outside your house."
"I'll be out in a few minutes," She shook her head, pulling a sweater over her head.
Rushing out of the door she saw him standing there, his bright smile greeting her in the darkness of the night.
"Preet." She sighed as she rushed into his arms.
His hands wound around her back holding her close as her body tingled from feeling his head through her sweater. "I missed you," He mumbled into her hair.
soyi soyi si hai raate jaagi jaagi meri saansein
khoyi khoyi si hai aankhein chhodake na ja, na ja
He let go of her and took her hand, not wanting to let her out of his grasp as he tugged her alongside him.
"Where are we going?" She asked.
"Just come with me," He smiled down at her, leaving her mesmerized.
Preet was just crazy. Always pulling stunts like this. He knew she had her exam yet here he was taking her out to make sure she didn't cram.
"Preet..."
"Kya?" He asked, as he leaned down and put his arm around her shoulder.
"Kahan jaa rahe hain hum?" She whispered in the dark night.
"Yahaan," He answered a few minutes later as he covered her eyes.

abhi toh baahon mein aayi ho na ja, na ja, na ja
"Preet," she pulled at his hands. "Mujhe dekhne do na?"
Slowly she felt his hands leaving her eyes and she let them flutter open. She was standing at the park and there were no streetlights on anywhere. She turned to Preet and her eyebrows creased together.
"Just wait," Preet smiled as he leaned closer to her.

Slowly she looked up and saw the lights turn on and around the park she saw two benches set up both with books on them.
"What's going on?" she asked.
Without answering he pulled her along to the benches and she saw some chemistry textbooks on them.
"I've been taken out of my comfy room and away from my chem books only to be here with you—surrounded by them?" She glared at him.

"Don't assume anything yet," Preet warned her. He sat her down on the bench and placed a book in her lap, and then turned her around so her back was into him. "Isn't this MUCH better than your bed at home?"
meri jaana mujhe chod ke na ja, na ja
She shook her head. "I can't believe you,"
"I know; sab yehi kehte hain,"
"Preet," She shifted around to face him. "Thank you."
"For what?"
"Understanding how much this stuff all means to me—the exams and everything and still finding a way for us to spend time together,"
Preet smiled down at her and kissed her forehead. "I love you Avi; I have to do that."
"I love you too Preet," She sighed, leaning back into his chest; completely content with the way she felt. Yes she had an exam but she knew she'd pass it. She had Preet's love with her and that made her feel confident.
