We walked into the New Country Mall and then in to a boutique. "Look Heer be respectful to your mother-in-law and behave well." "Mom I'm not a five year old I'm twenty." Ashlesha and Meher let out a giggle while mom just frowned and walked away. "Heer we'll see you later first I have to see mom and make sure her temper is under controll you know how her temper is." They walked away while I decided to roam around and look for suits, lehangas, and saris. I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around to only see ma." "Oh ma aap? Namaste." I found a beautiful turqouise embroderied silver. I walked to the dressig room to try the lehenga on. I managed to tie the lace and did look good in it. I was about to take my lehenga off I felt a push on my back. Suddenly too scared I turned around and saw Prem. He was facing me. It was obvious that he was drunk becuse his eyes were bloodshot red. But, why would somebody dring during the day?I backed off a little too afraid that he would do something. But, right when I move Prem pushed me right against the wall of the dressing rom. He was against me while I struggled in his arms. His grip tightened around my wrists making me feel as if glass had pinned in it. "Prem let go!" "Not today! I won't let go of you today" "Prem it's hurting!" "So that's not my problem because today I want to ask you a question." Prem said blowing his achohol smell on me. "What question?!" "I want to ask you why you said yes." Prem said coming near my ear and sending a chill down my spine. "Why are you asking?" "I WANT to!" I loked away regreting to answer. Chapter 4

The whole day we spent shopping saris and ALL of them heavy embroderied especialyl the lehengas. Mom past the lines this time by buying me these much saris.

I looked at the stars trying to remember my dad the one who I loved and the one who loved me the most. Tomrrow's my engagement and the start of destruction of my life.........................................................................................................

The next day Lata, my beautician came to dress me up. First, she gave me a facial then after a half an hour she started to touch up my face up. First, she added light brown eyeshadow then light pink lip gloss. Then Lata curled my hair from the bottom and bend it into a bun. The curls now fell a little bit down from my bun making me look elegant. Then she placed a beautiful diamond cmb on my bun. Later I got dressed up in a dark blue lehenga. Lata left after getting paid. I decided to take a nap before going downstairs.

I dried my hair and was standing in front of the mirror wearing a towel. My hair was really wet making the towel wrapped around me more wet. Then I felt soft fingers right around my waist. My heartbeat stopped and I closed my eyes. A lock of hair was on my face and then I felt a warm hand on my face. The hand then left my face and it followed my arm and down my hand. The hand captured mine's and then my hand moved up to face and it was kissed. Blushing really hard I turned and hugged the person. His grip around my waist tightened while my hands around his neck tightened. I slowly opened my eyes and saw him.
